“I was looking for a small-ish room to hold a workshop, midweek one evening, in central London for about 20 people. I came across Zipcube and was amazed by the amount of meeting rooms for hire - all sizes, shapes, prices and locations. The search tool is pretty nifty so within 10 minutes I'd found one that suited our group's needs, booked it, paid up and checked out. I don't know if Zipcube vet the meeting rooms first, but 'Meeting Room 3' in Hampstead Rd was perfect - from the warm welcome we received at reception on arrival, to the jugs of water, flipcharts and pens provided to the super-efficient air con system! Will definitely use them again if we run another workshop.”

“Good choice of rooms in a selection of price ranges. Helpful reminder on the day. Room provider was ready and briefed for our visit. The room itself was brilliant and we will definitely use it again. All in all, a really useful service.”

“Zip Cube are always very helpful when making a venue booking. Their responses are always very speedy and if you already know what you are after, a booking can be made and arranged in minutes. The staff are always very helpful and the online web chat is very useful! Each of the venues we have used through Zip Cube have been very accommodating and we are confident that if we have any questions or need any extra help that it will all be sorted very efficiently.”

“Facilities, access and nearby parking were all very good and reception staff on site were excellent and helpful. The hourly rate charged was reasonable and was a key decision factor as was access to a smaller room suitable for 2-6 people. Staff from Zipcube were most helpful and I would be happy to use their services again”

“Lovely little quirky meeting room, gives you a different space to work in, I use this space for my one on one coaching sessions, it is a great little space for only a few people, but it doesn't give you a great amount of room to manoeuvre or utilise a whiteboard. They are available to use but it is a little awkward in the space. It could do with either a small table or the ability to remove the table entirely. That being said there is a separate Grandma's house space which is up to 6 people (I think) and this looks like it would be better for this. The overall office space is impressive and different which is refreshing and there is lots of hot-desking areas and the vibe is nice. If I could be sure that there would not be anyone utilising the hot desking (inside garden) space I think some of my clients would also be happy to use this area. Great for break out meetings too for groups. So versatile and the staff are really friendly.”

“Room is nice quality, would feel a bit cramped for 6 but was fine with 4. Nice comfy chairs, which was very valuable given it was a three hour meeting! Staff were pleasant and helpful. Would use again.”
