“Extremely professional service from beginning to end. My initial contact was met with a helpful chap, who assisted me with finding the right meeting room in the best location. He then looked after all the booking arrangements for me. I had regular updates and communication from Zipcube, checking if there was anything I needed (such as notepads and pens, refreshments, screen projector etc). On the day, the staff at the venue were friendly and helpful. Can't really fault Zipcube and will definitely use them again”

“The team at Zipcube were thorough and super helpful. Calling and speaking to one of the team is a far better approach to room bookings. If your criteria is challenged, the team look to find something appropriate. The room was a perfect space, great location and highly professional. We will definitely use Zipcube again for room bookings and to help negotiate the best space and price for us.”

“Very easy to find and convenient for people travelling into Paddington. Nice quiet meeting room with everything you could want. The lounge area is really cool and a nice environment for a post meeting de-brief.”

“Good amount of options to choose from at a range of prices. Some very good value rooms available. Easy booking procedure. No issues at all upon arrival. Everything set up perfectly with everything we needed and all very clean and tidy.”

“A very efficient service. Staff were very helpful. The room is adequate for a meeting for 2 or 3 but I would imagine it be cramped for 4.”

“The website was very easy to use and was great to be able to look at a group of venues in one place without having to pass on lots of details to another person then wait. Once I'd picked a venue I sent off a handful of details and was contacted very quickly. I also found I was looking at some venues that hadn't come up in my searches previously. Very easy, smooth, professional and quick service. I will be using Zipcube again.”

“Zipcube is easy to use and has a fantastic selection of venues to choose from. I've booked many a room last minute and find the customer service to be particularly great. A big shout of to Suril Vara who has been absolutely wonderful on two occasions. Kind, articulate and to his word, Suril has set me up with rooms for meetings and offered me discounts that we, as a start up otherwise couldn't afford. He deserves A for effort and 5 stars for execution. It's been great working with him :)”
