“From first engagement, we were walked step-by-step through the whole process by the Zing team. They helped source a great venue, organised a facilitator and ran games in the afternoon for our team building day. Zing was on hand to provide their own kind of enthusiasm, fully engaging with our staff and making the day fun as well as thought-provoking.”

“The treasure hunt was a good event - good equipment and fun clues. However, some of the clues were out of date (eg the library which is being refurbished) and I think there could be more made of the feedback when all the teams come back together. It was just - describe your photos and this is the winner - needs more energy and personality to make it much more of a fun ceremony. You could eg. tell people that someone from their team needs to come to the front to describe their photos - what was their funniest moment as a team. Also when you showed the photos they were really small and some which looked good on the laptop did not show well on the screen - something that your person himself stated. A good event - but could be much better.”

“Working with Zing exceeded all my expectations and I would not hesitate to use them for our next event. From my initial inquiry call a few months ago to the packing up after the day's events last Friday, every interaction with the Zing team has been nothing short of professional, efficient and flexible. The team continued to go above and beyond, even assisting in areas outside their remit such as venue searching and sourcing a facilitator for training. Throughout the entire planning stage, they kept in touch and apprised me of the progress that was taking place behind the scenes. On the day of the event, it was obvious to all present that these guys were more than work colleagues. They were family. It was great watching them work together and it seemed like they had a much fun as we did which was awesome. Their high levels of energy was exactly what we needed for our team building and my colleagues could not stop commenting on how great they executed the day's activities. This was a job well done and I cannot wait to work with Zing in the future.”

“From start to finish, throughout the planning process and on the big day, the entire Zing team did everything they could to make sure that our event went perfectly. In the planning stages, the Zing team were quick to respond to emails and gave us lots of helpful suggestions to improve the event. They took the time to ensure that we felt happy with each detail. On the day of the event, I arrived ahead of my colleagues to check that everything was going to plan - but I needn't have bothered, as the Zing team had set everything up and were ready to go! The event went off without a hitch, not least because of the detailed planning done by the Zing team. I must also give credit to our event hosts from Zing - their enthusiasm and energy was contagious, which made for a brilliant event! The activity itself (the Crystal Maze Challenge) was well coordinated and emulated the TV show without being too cheesy. The range of activities meant that we tested both brain and braun, without any one area getting boring. 10/10 would recommend Zing to anybody thinking of planning an event.”

“Zing Events suggested the venue - which suited our logistical issues - they removed all the hassle from dealing directly with the hotel and provided menu options. Mike and Annie were engaging and kept a boisterous team of adults in tune at all times! It was in all a hassle free day, which allowed the team to focus on the presentation at hand and play hard! From initial contact to finalisation of the team day, the process was smooth and effortless from our side. We will definitely be considering to retain Zing Event's service again !”

“From the initial contact I was impressed with Zing. We were sent a deck of activities that would suit our small group - all looked great - and once we'd chosen which one we wanted to do, the booking process was super easy. We didn't have to worry about anything as Dan who ran the event on the day made everything very clear. The activity itself was so fun and everyone enjoyed every bit of it, they've been raving about it ever since!”

“Always a warm, friendly welcome with food and beverage supplied upon arrival. Activities for the day were clearly explained and everyone was involved throughout. A really good mix of games which tested you mentally and physically (I especially liked the pyramid game). The finale in the Crystal Maze dome was something everyone had wanted to do from watching it when they were younger and everyone was given a go... We then went over to Go Ape who then took over, again this was seamless. Also, Woburn Safari park was a great setting made better with the great weather. Thank you!”
