The zeez sleep pebble has changed my life. I started using it nearly three years ago as I was suffering from very disturbed sleep. I would wake regularly through the night and felt permanently exhausted. When I started using the pebble my sleep quality improved dramatically. My husband was so impressed that he got one too. We even take them on holiday with us.

Prior to obtaining my Zeez I was a very light sleeper (if I did get to sleep that is) and I was often awake for what seemed like and what actually was a good length of time and I’m talking hours here.I used to think it could have been work related but I’m retired now so that couldn’t have been the problem as the pattern was much the same-I tried not drinking coffee, go into bed earlier/later, sleep inducing stays on the pillow, bought a good quality new bed and mattress. There seemed to be no rhyme or reason to it but it was causing me a lot of concern. Then I was watching The Gadget Show one day and this credible and seemingly successful piece of kit was reviewed so I thought I’d buy one and give it a go We’ll after just a few weeks I could notice a big improvement in my nights sleep and things have been much better since.I still have some difficult nights but these have been greatly reduced thanks to the Zeez In summary I’m very happy to recommend the Zeez in fact it’s been one of the best things I’ve bought in terms of something life changing.I was initially sceptical and I’m still not au fair with the science of it all-but hey I don’t care! In short if you’re having issues with your sleep at least give this gadget a trial I’m convinced you won’t regret it!

I saw this product on a television programme and it was given rave reviews. My sleep has been very poor for many years and I have tried prescription medication and herbal medication neither worked very well in the long term I really was feeling quite desperate. I hired from zeez to start with in case the product wasn’t for me . It arrived very promptly with clear simple instructions it worked immediately my sleep is now consistently very good I just can’t believe it and no taking of drugs . I just can’t recommend this well made product enough portable and super easy to use . If you are hesitating please don’t give it a try I’m sure you won’t be disappointed. Thank you zeez

I've had insomnia for many years averaging 3 to 4 hours (if I'm lucky) per night. I was quite interested, but sceptical, as I have tried many remedies. It is quite pricey for what it is, but I couldn't turn down a 45 day trial, or your money back........what's to lose ! It wasn't an instant hit, but the more I used it the better my sleep became. It's getting better and better........so much so that I'm having 6, 7 AND 8+ hours, which is unheard of. It still amazes me and I feel it to be money well spent........🤗

I used the Zeez for a few months and during that time it definitely helped me fall asleep faster. My quality of sleep was improved too. Unfortunately for me, I'm extremely sensitive to 'energy' waves and sadly this meant that after an hour or two it would wake me up and I had to switch it off. In the end I had to return it but the customer service was brilliant throughout and I highly recommend trying the Zeez because it does work. It would be good to have a timer function, I could set it for an hour and then switch off before it becomes too much.

I saw the pebble advertised on Channel 5’s ‘Women’s Health, Breaking the Taboos’ programme highlighting a range of issues relating to the menopause, including insomnia. As I’ve had menopause related insomnia for over 12 years I wanted to give the pebble a try, as everything else had failed. I was often able to fall asleep quickly, but always woke in the night, several times, sometimes lying awake for many hours unable to get back to sleep. Although the pebble didn’t work straight away, after about 6 weeks I started to notice a positive difference. I still wake in the early hours of the morning, but I now manage to get back to sleep quicker than I did before using the pebble and I can also sleep for longer. As other reviewers have said, the pebble alone probably won’t cure a chronic sleep problem, but combined with other lifestyle changes, including in my case meditation, (I use the Calm app which has a great ‘sleep’ section) it has helped me to manage what was an awful situation, where often I would get no more than 3 hours of sleep a night. After over a decade, I was desperate to find a solution to this sleep issue and the pebble is the best thing I’ve found. I’ve also been really impressed with the Zeez company. Anna has been so helpful and caring, offering suggestions to help with my sleep problem, including the placement of the peeble (as I’m a restless sleeper, the pebble would often move around when under my pillow, so I now have it attached to my headboard). All in all I’ve had a very positive experience with Zeez and am so grateful to have the pebble as a sleeping aid.

I have suffered from lack of sleep and tried all sorts of natural remedies and some did work to a degree. If I got to sleep quickly I would be wide awake by 2/3 or 4 o'clock. If I couldn't get to sleep by midnight, being awake from approximately 10 pm I'd take something a little stronger. I had a very good watch that was consistently telling me my sleep was useless and would cause serious memory problems in the future. I already have a bad memory so this concerned me so when I saw the women's program on channel 5 (I was suffering from anxiety, dry skin, low energy and depression because of menopause) I bought the pebble and over the first week it was more consistent. When I woke I went back to sleep quickly. I don't get up as many times in the night and some I don't even wake up until morning. My deep sleep and REM improved. If I have a late night or very early morning it still affects my sleep. I worry a lot always have day and night but at least now it doesn't affect my nights. I would recommend the pebble to anyone who has irregular sleep patterns.

I must explain the reasons behind my three-star rating. Firstly I can't really, or fairly, rate the product itself as it has had no effect on my chronic, life-long, insomnia (I am now 73 years old and accept that I am a very, very difficult nut to crack). Having said that I am currently dealing with, and having aggressive treatment for, another serious health issue which has possibly clouded the situation. What I can say is that I have been VERY impressed with the Zeez company. The Sleep Pebble arrived the next day after my ordering it, I was given a longer period to trial it than originally offered after explaining my situation to Anna Mackay and my money was refunded immediately after I returned it. I have had some lengthy telephone conversations with Anna who has been most patient with me and understanding of my situation (five stars for that). She has impressed me with her caring nature and given me a host of suggestions that might yet prove to assist me. Thank you, Anna I do appreciate the time and interest you have given me. Having tried numerous approaches to sleep improvement over many years I was looking at the Zeez Sleep Pebble as my last chance at gaining some benefit so I wouldn't say to anyone reading this to look upon this as an entirely negative review, nor to be put off trying it as I'm sure it has been utilised with great effect by many with sleep issues. I am hoping that if, or when, I finish my current medication I shall be able to try again with the Sleep Pebble as its modus operandi does make a lot of sense to me.

Thank-you. I hope that we can help in the future. I think you were doing everything possible, and sometimes, people get a different result when they use the Zeez a second time. This can happen after a dietary or lifestyle change. And we keep learning: our low heart rate devices make a difference for people with a low resting heart rate, and so does daytime use of the Zeez alpha frequencies (first 20 minutes of the Zeez programme).

I have not slept well for seven or eight years; I usually get to sleep easily but if I woke in the night my mind was racing and I seldom got back to sleep. I have survived for a long time averaging only three or four hours of sleep, and I am conscious of losing my mental capacity: not remembering things I should remember, not finding appropriate words, making silly mistakes or errors of judgement. I saw the Zeez reviewed on TV and although the cost looks high, I justified the expense by thinking how much it would cost my family if I ended up needing care. Since using the Zeez I am sleeping for longer periods at night, I am better able to get back to sleep if I wake up early, I feel much less stressed, less depressed and I am coping better with my daily activities. I can also use the Zeez during the day for a restful period and know that I will feel better for the remainder of the day. It has not been an instant success, but I have many years of a poor sleeping habit to overcome. There has been a turnaround in less than three months and I am hopeful of continuing improvement.

I wake less during the night and feel better on waking. I now have fewer nightmares and am dreaming more. I’m also able to fall asleep on my back now which helps with my jaw issue. The Pebble has also helped when I’ve woken feeling anxious. What I’m not sure about though, is whether removing all electronic/Wi-Fi from the room would have had a similar impact without the pebble, so worth trying this if you’re struggling to sleep.

I am falling asleep more easily if I wake in the night, and feel more energised during the day. I’m calmer and more cheerful and feel that the Zeez Pebble has impacted positively on my peri menopausal symptoms. On your advice, I’ve started taking magnesium supplements before bed.

Sleep deprivation is soul destroying, drifting through life like a zombie, unable to function. After 6 months of chronic insomnia I saw the pebble on a TV programme and decided I had nothing to loose, factoring in the money back guarantee. I still don’t know if it’s sheer coincidence or partly placebo effect but I’m now sleeping again. It took 8 weeks and I still have the occasional poor night, it’s not a miracle cure. But overall my sleep has improved. The pebble is simple to use, and provided you follow the advice re WiFi, supplements etc it’s definitely worth a try. It takes that initial investment and patience but stick with it. Sweet dreams zzz

This product is a life saver, I am 51 and I have been suffering from poor sleep for the past two years, I have tried every product and tablet on the market including prescription sleeping tablets. I watched the product being reviewed on the programme woman’s health and decided as it had the money back guarantee to give it a go. The first two mornings I woke with a bad headache close to what I would describe as a hangover and slept nearly worse than I had been but after that there has been a slow but steady improvement. Now after about a month I’m only waking once a night and getting back over to sleep very quickly. The Zeez has changed my life thank you so much. 😴 💤

I’ve been using the Zeez pebble for 6 months now and can honestly say my sleep has significantly improved. It took about 3 or 4 days to see any difference. Before the zeez I would only manage 4-6 hours sleep each night and I now regularly sleep for 7-9 hours. Very easy to use and I would recommend for anyone to try.

I have had a few years of very broken nights. On first being presented with the Zeez, I was sceptical. But it was worth a go! After a few nights, I realised that I was dreaming more and experiencing deeper sleep. Now after a couple of months of use, although I still wake during the night, the quality of sleep is much better and no longer feel exhausted first thing in the morning. I know this will have a positive effect on my long-term health so I am very pleased to have been given it.

Zeez has definitely made a huge improvement to my sleep. I’m falling asleep more easily and faster, and wake less during the night, sleeping longer overall. Better sleep has a beneficial impact on high blood pressure and pain levels. I was using the alpha frequencies of the Zeez during the day, but now don’t need my lunchtime naps. I am sleeping more deeply and feel better on waking, giving me more energy during the day.

After years of poor sleep that had suddenly gotten a whole lot worse due to peri-menopause, I was feeling desperate. Already doing everything I could…or so I thought! (Good sleep hygiene routine, no tech in the bedroom, getting light in the morning, exercising, eating well etc)…I felt like there was nowhere for me to turn. Feeling desperate I decided to try the Zeez after seeing amazing reviews for it on a TV programme. It IS the answer! I always get to sleep quickly but wake after around 4 hours. After using the Zeez for a few months now, I do still wake most nights, but am sleeping much more deeply and find it much easier to get back to sleep again. On the odd occasion I still have a ‘bad night’, but as my sleep is generally a whole lot better, I find I can cope so much better with these blips. Zeez isn’t a miracle cure…you really must treat it as part of a good routine…but if you are doing everything else right, then this might just be the cherry on the top. I can’t thank Anna enough for her help and the advice on the Facebook group, especially around supplements, this has been a game changer. I get that it might seem expensive, especially in the current economic climate…but considering how important sleep really is to our overall health and wellbeing, both physically and mentally, I’d probably go as far as to say it’s worth ten times as much!
