I ordered two board games at the end of march and according to Zatu games they should have arrived around April 1 for a birthday on April 12. I am still waiting on these board games.

They sent my parcel using the same shipping label as a previous order. Royal mail told me I had to pay £10 for the shipping to get the item. Item therefore came very late, Heard nothing from Zatu after.

Unfortunately one of the worst online eshop for boardgames. I bought on their website a boardgame and it should have arrived in one week. After one week I asked them where is it and they say they activated an investigation with their courier and I should have to wait two more weeks. After two more weeks, they asked for another week. The item should have arrived, but it seems the information for the shipment are not correct, since they try to deliver, but they can't. Their courier can't do anything. And they don't answer to my request for help. After two months they get back the boardgame and give me a refund...

My parcel arrived, pratically destroyed and wet. Customer Service did not even bother replying back, even though I sent in my ticket in a couple of days ago. how sad and disapointing.

Product shipped with label attached directly to the box of the product I ordered. As the box was a unique part of the product the, it was completely ruined as it had to be displayed/resold with the shipping label on it or a giant rip in the design.

Terrible service. In more than one month, I've emailed them three times, I've left messages on their Facebook and I've also DM'd them there, and no response still. They keep adding preorders of D&D that they can't fulfill and now refusing to give refunds. Absolutely do not recommend.

WARNING NOT PREORDER AND PAY FOR ITEMS FROM THIS RETAILER I have experienced a TOTAL LACK OF COMMUNICATION AND CUSTOMER SERVICE when trying to clarify if and when my order will arrive. My order was placed and paid for in good faith 3 months ago. I accepted that there might be around 2 months wait for the game I have ordered but Zatu customer services have subsequently not responded to my queries about it. I have checked Zatu reviews and realise that other customers have experienced similar/worse treatment from them and in some cases have waited years for preordered goods, without explanation or reimbursement. I wish I had checked the reviews before placing my order and would definitely have avoided using Zatu if I had.

I'd avoid after my recent experience. I paid for a game 3months ago and still not dispatched. They then increased the price and threatened to cancel it if I didnt pay up. When I pointed out they cannot change the price after I have paid for it they altered their T&Cs the same day to cover themselves. Shady practices

From other reviews, seems like it’s fine for purchases from within Britain, but I don’t recommend it for international purchases. The shipping cost at checkout was pricey but doable… I figured it was worth it to buy from someone other than Amazon for a change. But when the package eventually came, I was told I had to pay an additional $10, because at shipping time they chose to pass the cost on to the receiver rather than paying it. At an additional $10 shipping, I wouldn’t have ordered from them at all (it feels petty but at this point I’ve paid twice the price of the game for shipping)… and it came a month later than the initial estimate. Overall a pretty frustrating experience.

The after-sales service is disgraceful. My order arrived late, incomplete, and the only solution you offered was a ridiculous discount for your mistake. Do not recommend this store at all, especially if you're ordering from Europe.

Comes with masses of non-recyclable expanded polystyrene packaging even though none of the contents were breakable. My child doesn’t seem hugely interested in the games Sleeping Queens and Quirkle.
