“I live in France and order fairly regularly, Zatu's prices are competitive even compared to game stores over here and they pay the importation taxes. Never had a problem with an order, nor a pre-order, parcels are sent promptly and i usually receive them on average 5 days later. They offered me a reimbursement once when I received a slightly damaged game. All in all good quality in every department.”

“Honest about stock levels, excellent about delivery times- Zatu is a place I have used a few times at this point, because they are always very reliable and have a good selection. If I had to complain about anything, the compatibility of the search function on the phone website can be a little sketchy. But it's worth dealing with for the good service. If you wanted a review of the constructs themselves, they are awesome little gribblies. The photo is just half the box! A little smaller than a Questoris knight. Had a lot of fun painting these.”

“First time order and I was very happy with the delivery time and my order. Arrived on time too. Only thing I can scrutinise is the packaging for my items, as they are collectables it could have had more protection so the items don't get damaged, there was not any bubble wrap to protect the items from movement. Some delivery drivers do not take care in handling parcels. For future hopefully you will consider this.”
