Good price with discount. Only issue is there’s a small mark on the polo shirt. I emailed Zap just to say I would keep the shirt but they should be more observant in their quality checks before dispatching their items. Unfortunately they have not replied which to me is bad customer service.

DPD are rubbish, can not divert your parcel to a pick-up point, can not pick your parcel up from there depot. No weekend delivery. Pants.

I have bought many times through the site never had problems always on time with delivery, excellent prices, but this time a terrible disservice because I have sent two emails, sent whastapp messages and I have never been contacted again and I have never received an answer.. very bad about this

Generally you are on point Zap, however in this instance I ordered goods this time ,that apparently were in stock on your website but not physically in stock. I received and emailed confirmation of the order but received no shipping email in the coming three days. I then phoned in to find out what was happening and was advised that the Versace trainers were not in stock and that someone should have contacted me to advise. On this occasion your customer service was poor l, as you should have let me know once you’d received my order. Respectfully I recommend you only display live stock levels in future as to not cause disappointment to your clients, or be more on point informing your clients if your choose keep the status quo. Thanks

I'm a repeat customer, I would usually give a 5 star rating! However this time I bought a Fendi denim jacket as a gift to give someone, from my experience it should have come with the usual Fendi packing or Findi bag. However it come in a Fendi plastic bag which was not the actual bag as it had a different discription to the actual product. Disappointed this time.

ZAP Clothing is a great place to order designer items from. The only downside to their return process is that it is not free. Other than that, they are great. I had to pay for return shipping which wasnt the best.

Old website was buggy. New website has better interface but still sluggish. Used to have better deals than they do these days. I still shop there tho

I have bought with you before to Colombia, but a long time ago your page was bad because it says that they ship to the whole world and the shipment to my country does not now say the price.

The goods arrived in good time. Unfortunately the jumper was to big. To return it I have to pay. This is the first shop that I brought a high end designer clothes off where I have to pay to return.

Ordered a few items from this store online and from the store and never had a problem until my item went missing through there courier and they refused to refund even though they know the deliver company have tole them that they have lost the parcel which is a terrible way to operate on such high value items

Placed an order there was a option for a Saturday delivery £25 it’s Wednesday today still not had my delivery? What’s the £25 for then ? Surely I deserve a refund ?
