“Very pleased overall. Got a great discount and the item arrived quickly and was absolutely perfect. The only suggestion I have is that the packaging could feel a bit more special considering the calibre of the clothes on offer, but otherwise extremely happy!”

“This company is the worst. They have no telephone number and they do not respond to emails for support. They charge $30 dollar shipping fees yet ship regular delivery mail. They are truly one of worst online retailers. Also, something feels very sketchy about this company. My item arrived in a plastic bag not marked with Valentino’s logo. I called my sales assistant at Valentino in NYC and he said that they do not ship out their products in clear plastic bags. Avoid this company. Total scammers. Also, the item was huge and clearly some sort of irregular item. I guess I’m stuck with it, but a costly lesson learned.”
