“The refund process is very poor. You have to pay to return your clothing, and although they state you may have to wait 8 - 10 days for a refund, I actually got an email after 10 days to say my refund had been paid, but may take 10 days to reach your account. This is a joke. It today’s banking world, refunds should be paid the same day!”

“So far everything I bought, which is around 10 clothing items and a belt, came in excellent condition. I love shopping at Zap. Be mindful of the size chart if you live in the US. Large on some Italian clothing is actually a small/medium for us.”
