“Purchased a Balmain polo shirt on Wednesday next day express delivery for a special occasion this is now Sunday still not received contacted Zap who seemed uninterested said I would be returning not even an offer to cover return postage expected more from high end store.”

“First time shopping with zap. Honestly so impressed. Delivery was quick. Goods were packed really well so as to protect them. When I called in about an exchange the lady was polite, and helpful. “Hi i often shop online but never with ZAP! i have to say how easy the website is to navigate and price point very competative in this case way lower than anybody else. Ordering was easy followed immediatley by an order confirmation email verifying date and a trusted courrier. Package arrived perfectly wrapped and intact with everything as detailed how it should be. I would not hesitate for a second to recomend ZAP and will certainly be shopping again the whole experience was seamless from the first click to the last 10 out of 10 Thank you”
