“The survey was arranged quickly and we received the report within 2 days. The survey itself was thorough and we had most of our questions answered. We did get a bit of a shock with some of the issues raised, but considering that it is written to note all the things that aren't 100%, we were eeally happy with this report. We would have liked to see photo's of the 'problem areas'.”

“Prompt report covering things specifically asked for. However a lot of unnecessary points already covered by solicitor so would have preferred these not to be covered for a lower fee”

“The report was carried out, however there was some confusion with regards to the address to be surveyed. This was admittedly not helped by the fact that the same Estate Agents was responsible for the sale of 2 properties which are side by side. Although I did correct the address that was originally proposed by Your Survey, the surveyor still ended up going to the property next door. Luckily, the vendor for the property we are purchasing was in at the time and was able to redirect the surveyor accordingly.”

“Really easy process from start to finish. I requested the survey by email after receiving a quote and received a call within a couple of hours to arrange payment. Survey was carried out the week after and I had the report the day after it was conducted.”
