“For what I paid it was a bargain! Booked on a Monday, survey carried out Wednesday, results by Friday. Countrywide wanted £450 for exactly the same. I'm normally dubious of everything but I would certainly recommend these people!”

“Very detailed survey. Used again as the last house we were looking at turned out to have major structural issues that weren't visible to the untrained eye. Well worth the money and much better than the company our mortgage provider suggested.”

“I have used the company on two occasions, one we took out a building survey and received a comprehensive account and the other a homebuyers survey. On both occasions I was more than happy with the result and received a well written detailed report. My only criticism would be the lack of valuation for building survey but this is standard in the field and not this company. I would recommend this company to anyone wanting a survey, very good service.”

“I called tony on the day for a quick overview on his findings. He was very pleasant and very thorough talking me through it. We had just experienced a bad surveyor so it was nice to have someone like tony i could speak to. Thanks for your time ????”

“This company does what if offers, quickly and effectively at a good price. The home buyers report was very comprehensive although it didn't really raise any issues about which we were unaware. That in itself was a reassurance.”

“The only concern I had was that after completing a form you were not willing to confirm or acknowledge in writing until I had paid the full fee, in the end someone did confirm receipt of my application before I paid the money over. The survey was very comprehensive and the Surveyor very helpful”
