“Brilliant! Booked, had communications-confirmation, quick, well organized and almost automated service. Report recommendations could have been clearer (IE actual damp readings), but uncovered faults (load) where least to say- job of an professional! Lucky to have booked these surveyors, my investment is much safer now, thank you!”

“Booked on the Monday, report received by Thursday, great standard and for much less than quoted elsewhere (we're talking hundreds of pounds less). If you're comfortable with online services (e.g. not speaking to many human beings, reading what they email to you thoroughly and want a quick and easy service without any stress), pick these guys. If you're wanting someone to call you every time something happens, probably best to go directly to a local surveyor. Brilliant service for me, though, really took the stress out of it all around. Big thanks. :)”

“A little sceptical at first with this type of service from the internet I was very impressed with the level of service from top to bottom the survey was done report written and passed to me within 3 days Danielle in the office was a marvel keeping us informed and offering advice(where required) Tony the surveyor was everything you would expect. there when he said he would be ,excellent report in a easy to read format I will recommend this company to anyone and use them again Thank you to all concerned”

“Whilst the survey content was excellent the overall process was a complete shambles with nobody taking responsibility. Having asked at point of booking for a verbal update post survey, I was assured I would receive a call the night of the survey with provisional feedback pending the written report. No such call was received, Your Survey Ltd then simply gave me the surveyors mobile number and left me to chase him. All messages to the surveyor were completely ignored meaning I had no feedback until the written report was received. Numerous chase calls to Your Surveys Ltd simply resulted in trainees being blamed, the survey visit having apparently been moved (it had not) and general disinterest. I was promised a call by the Manager but that never materialised either. Honest opinion, don't bother if the matter is urgent or needs fast results, simply not worth the trouble. Whether the fault lies with Your Surveys Ltd, Farrell Mills who did the survey or Tony Flynn the surveyor I doubt I will ever find out but not the way to do business in 2015.”

Hi Peter, you instructed us on the 8th and had your property inspected on the 13th with the report sent via email on the 16th. I am sorry to hear that you didn't receive verbal feedback as this was on the system. I will chase this up with the surveyor to find out what happened. “I used a search website to find a surveyor & the next day Your Survey emailed me with a quote. They then called me & offered the online discount for a Home Buyers Survey which was a good price. I paid for the survey & the next day the surveyor booked an appointment with our estate agents. The report was emailed to me the day after the property was surveyed. I did have a query with regard to my payment I made to Your Survey Ltd & they advised me they would contact me the next day. This did not happen which resulted in me chasing up my query. Overall a good experience & I would recommend Your Survey Ltd.”

“Quite a painless process, all dealt with by email. I had asked to be advised once the date had been organised, this didn't happen, although estate agents also failed to advise. Nonetheless, report came through quickly once requested - Usual non committal report.”

“The survey itself was fine once it arrived. We had two issues. 1. They told me that they would do the survey the following week but was actually the week after and they said it was becouse it was what they could arrange with the vendor but never came back to me. 2. after the survey was done they took longer than there 3 to 5 days to get the survey to me even though I called several times asking if I could have it sooner as I may have to exchange contracts before I got it back. all bar one of there customer services agents had bad attitudes and none of them were any help. Would NOT recommend.. unless you have a lot of time. But like I say the report was a good one once I got it..”

Hi Dominic, were sorry you didn't feel you had a good experience with us, you instructed us on the 22/9 and had your inspection on the 30th. The availability of our surveyor may have been sooner but we do have to get access to the property via the agents or vendor. We don't guarantee a 5 day turn around only suggest that the surveyors typically take between 3-5 working days to produce your report. your report was sent to you on the 8/10 which was 6 working day. I am happy to hear you are pleased with the report and apologise for any miss-communication on our part.
