“Very quick and efficient service with minimal hassle from a customer perspective. Comprehensive report, with reasonable explanations. Some engagement with customers to remove jargon from your reports might be beneficial.”

“Your Survey were significantly cheaper than other quotes I had received for a full buildings survey and I worried that this would mean the survey would be inferior as a result. I needn't have worried at all. The whole process was so easy and communications were excellent. The survey was carried out within a week and I received the report just 2 days later. The report was professional and very detailed yet easy to understand and gave several useful recommendations. I would not hesitate to use Your Survey again - excellent from start to finish!”

“I was surprised (pleasantly) to receive my online survey late on a Sunday afternoon, but am still waiting for the hard copy four days later, even though it is supposed to be sent out by 1st class post. The report was quite thorough and covered all the points requested. I would be happy to use Your Survey in the future, but would appreciate being kept informed as to when the report would be carried out.”
