“The Homebuyer survey report provided all the information we required, and gave details of area's which required further investigation such as the electrics. I was overall happy with the service.”

“Was good overall though I would say it was pretty difficult to hear from the actual surveyor once the work had been carried out - I didn't have a direct number for him and was told by one of the your survey telecommunications team that they would contact him to get in touch but that never happened.”

“Survey took place quickly & efficiently. Survey came back to me within the time frame stated. Verbal feedback within 24 hours did not materialise despite me phoning to ask for it & wasted 3 days of planning & measuring before written report came. Bit irritating to be honest. Report particularly verbose whilst being thorough, professionally set out & fairly accurate. Surveyor picked up on a major problem that I thought/hoped was not as serious as it turned out to be & this led to my withdrawal from the purchase of the property.”
