“The report covered the areas I needed. However I was disappointed that my initial quote was for £600 and increased to £700 after I asked to proceed.”

Hi Katherine, Thank you for your review. After a quick check on our system it appears you were originally quoted for the Homebuyers Report at £600. However you decided to instruct on a full Building Survey at £700. I hope this clears things up. Kind Regards Your Survey

“The Survey was produced very quickly and gave good detail on all areas of the house. It was written in a manner that was clear to understand. A number of defects were identified from which we decided not to proceed with the purchase. The price was competitive. Thank you again Stephen Curtis”

“We had a survey carried on on a property in May 2017 to which we were considering down sizing. We felt that the report was very comprehensive, and pointed out a few minor details that we would have otherwise missed. We were able to proceed with confidence, and overall are very satisfied. We would have no hesitation in using this company again.”
