“Really good service, booked on Monday, survey completed Tuesday had the report on Thursday. Very competitively priced too.”

“I was happy with the full survey carried out but expected each section of the survey where areas of the property was in need of renovating, replacing or updating to include a guide estimate for cost of works. The report itself was sent back to me in 2 working days, sooner than expected which I was grateful for”

“Great service. I had two surveys as the first one showed up to much work required on the property, so, money well spent. The second survey was brilliant and I was able to speak to the surveyor personally to get reassurance that the property was in good condition, she also helped me to understand my search results and proceed with my purchase. Great price too.”

“Your Survey Ltd provided a quick and easy service passing our request on to a local surveyor. The homebuyer's report was booked in quickly and shared with us within 5 working days after. However, once Your Survey Ltd made the connection to a local surveyor you are being left alone dealing with your assigned surveyor.”

“From start to finish the process was seamless, quick and easy. I was slightly dubious given that the quote was almost half of what I had been quoted from 3 other surveying companies, but i needn't have worried. The service and quality has been excellent. The detailed report we received from Simon was far more detailed than we were expecting and was turned around in less than 48 hours. I have already recommended yoursurvey to two friends as I was so impressed.”
