“Hi the report was pretty good - ty. But we have had some questions, including providing you with the EPC report, and have received NOTHING BACK. This to me, is bad customer relations, especially as we are hoping to buy a 2nd property. So we need FAST response as per our previous questions. If you want the 2nd job, do so, please VERY quickly. Marie”

“Arranging a survey with Your Survey was very easy, someone was available to speak to 7 days a week and they were very helpful. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because the survey took 12 days to reach me instead of the 3-5 stated in the terms and conditions and I was not called on the day of the survey as was also stated.”

“Slight delay with the survey being carried out (due to illness and miscommunication) but once sorted very efficient and detailed report. Nice touch for the surveyor to call me and discuss on the phone from the scene. Would recommend the service.”

“Generally pleased with the service and detail submitted the only hickup being that, despite Your Survey's offer to provide an outline, verbal, result within 24hrs followed by written detailed survey within 3-5 working days, the result was received by email during the evening of the fifth day - there having been no verbal communication from the surveyor.”

“From start to finish Your Survey proved to be quick, efficient, providing a full & caring service at a competitive rate. Unfortunately the vendor withdrew the property from the market the day before the survey was to take place. The estate agent informed me saying that they had notified my solicitor & Your Survey on my behalf & that I would be required to pay £50 cancellation fee to the surveyors. Within minutes, Your Survey rang me saying their Manager had kindly said not to charge this fee!!! This kind remark helped to make 'light' of a potentially upsetting time & immediately put a smile back on my face reassuring me there are some thoughtful people in this World. Also, I have since found an even better property I'm in the process of buying. I would not hesitate to use/recommend Your Survey. Ms Clayton Buckinghamshire”
