“Even though I have given you five stars because of the value, service, etc., I am getting rather frustrated by the number of times you are asking for me to complete your survey. I answered the first email on the day I received it giving the five stars, but this must be the sixth email asking me to do it. Please stop sending!”

“When I contacted Your Survey Ltd. they responded very quickly. The documentation was very clear and the traffic light system very helpful in discovering what needed immediate attention, what could be left until a future date, and all those things that were O.K. and needed nothing doing to them. The report was very detailed and returned to us very promptly. I have no hesitation in recommending Your Survey Ltd.”

“Your Survey staff are efficient and polite and are a pleasure to deal with. They reply to your e-mails promptly and respond to any queries you may have. The surveyor in my case however I would not recommend. He was unprofessional didn't turn up on the day he was meant to and even didn't bother to call me to tell me. I waited 5 working days only to find out that no survey had taken place. I then had to rearrange it!! The survey was also a bit sketchy, after asking for a full building survey it was not as detailed as some of the homebuyers surveys I had read.”

“As a First Time Buyer, I was really impressed with how quickly all of the agents responded to any questions I had sent by email. We paid book in our survey and this was scheduled within a week or so. We had our survey completed on Thursday 31st March and were told we should receive the report within 3-5 days and we actually received this around 4pm on the same day! The report seemed really thorough and the whole process really made it a lot less stressful for us going through our first house purchase! Would definitely recommend using them, we will if we need to again in the future :-)”
