“Quality of the canvas was perfect as was the speedy delivery, however there was a comments box (which I asked for something extra to be done to the canvas to make it a special present) and it just got sent as is. Never mind”

Hi Ian, The comments that you left were not ignored, i tried to contact you several times over email regarding the text and never heard anything back, after the order had been on hold for a week, we printed the canvas and sent this out as we thought you had changed your mind about the text. I have just emailed over the emails that i sent to your regarding this to show we did try and complete your order with the added extras, even though we are a print service and not an editing service and we do normally charge for extra service such as editing photos. Thanks Jamie
