Es ist gespickt mit Hintergrundinformationen. Was mich am meisten überzeugt hat, sind die Beschreibungen unter den Strichmännchen. Als Anfängerin hilft mir dies sehr. Die Beschreibungen sind zwar auf Englisch, was mich jetzt nicht weiter stört, ich fände es aber toll, wenn es auch Produkte auf Deutsch geben würde. Ich hoffe, es gibt bald weitere Produkte von Yoga Journaling. Karin mach weiter so.”
