“Disappointed with service as I ordered 2 trampoline covers and have only received one! It's a lot of money to spend considering the trampoline costs £100 and the cover is £40. I convinced my friend to buy one too and have now had to give her mine whilst I try and resolve why the second one never arrived. It's a lot of hassle when you're a single parent who has two kids under 6 and work full time to then have to deal with incompetency. I cannot comment here on the product as I haven't got one to use.”

I apologise that you only received one Rocket Tent, the 2nd should arrive with you shortly, this was a picking error. I can confirm that the Rocket Tents are on offer at £43.00 the RRP is £79.99 these are not covers, the covers cost £29.00. The tents fit our Jumpking trampolines only. I hope you and your friend will be happy with your purchase.

“You sent the trampoline via UPS, this is the issue... The tried to deliver the item on Wednesday, when I wasn't going to be home. They them promised to deliver Thursday, I waited in all day, phoned continuously and was fobbed off repeatedly. They then rescheduled for Friday, I waited in all day, phoned continuously and was continuously fobbed off..... Delivery is the issue!!!!”

“We ordered a particular trampoline on line, before which we asked for advice from staff at Jumpking. The lady we spoke to was extremely helpful, clearing up a couple of things for us, i.e. that we could in the future contact Jumpking and order spare parts for the trampoline we ordered. Which made us decide to order from Jumpking. There was a slight confusion over delivery days/times, but we contacted the carrier when the trampoline was late arriving and it then arrived quite soon after our enquiry phone call”
