I emailed Jumpking for advice on buying a trampoline circus twnt nut got no reply. I took the risk and bought one and found the communication good once I paid for it.

I have been asking for a delivery date for over a month. Emails are not returned. The company took over £500 from my account 7 weeks ago. No trampoline or delivery date in sight. Getting very worried now.

Parcel of a replacement net arrived very quickly However you need to consider how you package the nets. It was wrapped in black Shrink wrap plastic and when trying to open it I accidentally caught the net with the scissors. It was impossible to see where the packaging finished and the net started. Very annoying and unnecessary.

Unfortunately the canopy I bought would not stay up. The poles on the top kept completely sliding out so it wouldn’t stay up. The velcro pads do not hold the poles in place and there is no connecting piece at the top to prevent this either so it is poorly designed. I have tried to contact customer services by email and telephone so I may return the item however I have had no reply (now 5 days later). The terms and conditions state it must be returned within 30 days time in order for a full refund to be made. I’m concerned that I’m running out of time.

Ordered an expensive canopy for our new trampoline. However, it was not as advertised, completely different colourway to the online illustration. I have been trying in vain to get a response from Jumpking with regards to arranging a return, but they don't reply to my emails. A lot of money down the drain.

Product great, new net fits well on old trampoline. Speedily delivered in the end. Communication very poor, however. No email confirmation of purchase. No reply to emails or phone messages before purchase when I wanted to check whether this was the even the right product! I know this was towards the end of lockdown but I almost didn't take the risk of buying without being able to find out whether this was the right net, or without knowing how to contact the business if there was a problem with the product. I'm very relieved it's all turned out well, to say the least.

Absolutely appalling experience. Defective and broken parts delivered and 4 weeks on still not sorted. No one at customer services answers calls or emails. Avoid at all costs.

We ordered a trampoline on June 21st and despite a label on the website saying it was 'In stock' when I bought it, it still hasn't arrived. What is making the situation worse though is that despite phoning and emailing Jumpking to ask when it might arrived I get no response. I don't know what to do.

The swing took over a month to be delivered and after roughly 4 weeks of use it’s now broken....I’ve emailed jumpking twice over the period of 4 days and had no reply. I have called the customer service number many times and nobody ever answers. I’ve left messages and guess what....nobody has called me back. Jumpking you have taken nearly £180 of my money for a sub par product and are now ignoring me totally. I’m using social media also to spread my thoughts about you.

Ordered this for my granddaughter who is two and a half. She loved it and will have many happy hours playing in this when she visits and stays. Great first Gingerbread house. Very please with quality and product.

I ordered a replacement mat for my grandsons trampoline and was sent wrong size ,so contacted company and when I told them problem and asked for postal advice I haven't heardfrom them since and cannot get an answer from their phone or emails that I sent and as my grandson has autism it is hard to explain the situation to him,so be aware they will take your money but wont rectify their own mistakes.

We ordered the circus tent cover for our daughter's birthday party and were delighted to receive it much faster than expected. It's been a huge hit and we will definitely buy from this company again.
