“So far so good. Easy to put up...bar a couple of slightly confusing omissions in the instructions. Brilliant customer service. Replied to my initial query (re similar product at John Lewis...cheaper bit different spec) and also a query when constructing (phoned back same day). Trampoline seems sturdy, kids very happy (9/7 yes first trampoline oval 7*10 pro). Would recommend.”

“Jumpking trampolines are brilliant. We have had a 17ft x 14ft oval trampoline for our adult autistic son for six years and we live up on the West Coast of Scotland. The trampoline has coped with the climate and with use by a vigorous adult superbly. Because we have such a wet climate the rails had rusted in places causing the spring slots to become sharp around the edges and the springs to shear. The customer service team was so helpful and the rails and a full set of springs were replaced under the guarantee. We have had to replace the bounce mat and get more cords for securing the safety net ourselves which is fine. We will definitely be buying from Jumpking again when the time comes to replace our son's trampoline. I have no hesitation in recommending Jumpking.”

“I ordered replacement parts, net and pads from Jump King. The ordering process and contact were fantastic. The items were as advertised and the trampoline is back in use. There was a courier issue with delivery, sent in two parts. Only one part was received and the second part was lost in transit but JumpKing were all over the delivery once informed. couldn't have asked for much more, will use again.”

“Excellent service from jumpking.eu. My replacement pads arrived within two days. This was a world of difference from jumpking.co.uk, who took over two months, never supplied the right size and refused to answer my emails, to the extent that I needed to contact my credit card firm to secure a refund. Please do not confuse the two firms when ordering anything!”

“We had an issue with our new trampoline which we bought in January of this year, we only set it up in the month of June 2022; a v-ring was damaged and the company replaced the jump matt in a 24 hr period. Our son now enjoys his new toy and I want to say my experiance of this compamy was top notch...The product ( Oval 9ft x 13ft ) though a lot of effort to put up was well worth it; delivery, and support was very good in our experiance.”

“I ordered the wrong replacement parts for our trampoline, so I rang and spoke to Harriet. She was amazing, sorted out a return on a day that was convenient, helped me find the parts that I needed and then sent an email with links to them so I could order easily. She even included a photograph of what part of the trampoline should look like so that I could be sure they were the right ones. The sort of customer service that you just don’t get in a lot of places anymore.”
