“Quick delivery, despite all that's going on. Easy to build and my two girls love it. Great for a time in quarantine. We did cement it down though, pegs wouldn't have worked well in our soil. Great price. Thank you”

“Hi, I ordered a new trampoline surround and new pole covers. I have received the surround but not the pole covers. I have emailed customer services twice to ask about this but have not received a response. Please can you advise?”

“Life Saver.... Amazing...... Just 2 positive words to describe Amy. Even though we're in the middle of 'lockdown' she has gone out of her way to help us get a replacement jump net. Good old fashioned customer service in difficult times. Highly recommended.”

“Did not receive all connectors for net rods. Contacted via online chat. Spent 45 minutes waiting. Reply I got was . . Will post out no day then lady left the chat. Didn't ask of I needed anything else. Have not received part. I appreciate now is a hard time being an NHS worker myself but they were not as abrupt when taking my £135”

“Cannot fault delivery, this was very quick given the current situation. However half of the legs provided were shorter than the other half so we cannot build it. Emailed customer services for assistance but 2 days later have still had no reply. I fully understand that staff are likely to be very busy at this time but some sort of acknowledgement to customers' emails would be helpful. As it is I am left with an expensive trampoline which cannot be used and disappointed children. Disappointing post-purchase customer service.”

“Trampoline arrived broken with bent leg pole. Not heard back from company in two weeks. Waste of almost £500 as trampoline can’t be used. Very disappointed”

“After storm damage to our JumpKing I was breading trying to get the bits I needed, just the individual bits, i thought I would have to buy the whole system. However I hit the website and my goodness what a pleasurable experience, everything was there down to component level, clearly described and priced very well. I ordered up the parts I required and waited my delivery, expectations well managed due to the lockdown. Then I got an email informing me when to expect delivery, and then real time delivery updates from their courier, Yodel. Absolutely first class, cant praise the process or the people highly enough! Superb!”
