“I found the customer service at JumpKing to be outstanding. When calling with a query they went out of their way to search their records so they could confirm the right part that I needed to replace to fix our trampoline. This was delivered within a few days of ordering so our trampoline is functional again.”

“Very good trampoline and service, however the instructions supplied were terrible, using confusing language, omitting key information that could only be discovered through trial and error and including drawings that didn't represent the parts accurately (not showing unique characteristics of parts etc)”

“I've always been very satisfied with Jumpking trampolines - I never look anywhere else. Overall, it's a good trampoline but two sections of the net poles shouldn't have passed quality control. A width pole and corner section didn't fit so we have a corner that basically hangs. I have provided pictures. It's absurd that it's recommended that you check all the items before accepting the delivery - what delivery worker will patiently wait for you to approve the delivery?”

“Got the 9' x 14' trampoline last year just before lockdown and has been the best thing for my daughter in that time, she has been relentless on it and because of that we have had to get spare parts, it was difficult earlier this year to get those parts during the 2nd lockdown but sinse they are back up and running they have been so helpful, lily likes the jumpking because its more bouncy than her friends and is on it 2 to 3 hours daily, so I can't grumble about the wear. She is 12yrs.”

“Excellent customer service when I phoned from Ireland. The lady went through the different types and quality, prices, sizes etc. Also very fast responding to my emails; order very promptly delivered. It was assembled easily enough (not by me.. I would still be looking at the box!). The kids love it and it has a great bounce. Highly recommend.”
