“I recently ordered a number of replacement items for a 12 year old 15’ Jumpking trampoline including a net that was on a special discount but I accidentally ordered the wrong type for my trampoline base. Jumpkiing.eu were proactive and immediately contacted me too advise that according to my previous purchase several years ago, I had ordered the wrong net. They advised me of the correct net and offered it at the same special discounted price as the one I had ordered. The items all arrived quickly and safely packaged.. Fantastic service!”

“Customer service good. Responded immediately to queries regarding delivery before Christmas. Delivered in plenty of time. The trampoline is excellent but assembly was very difficult. It said 2 people 2 hours it took us nearly 4. Main issues were some of the poles wouldn't slot together as they were slightly deformed. Had to hammer at least 6 into shape. Some parts of instructions were unclear and we had to find photos of the assembled trampoline on the website to understand what to do e.g. where to thread the cord between the net and the trampoline. That said now assembled it looks sturdy and great to bounce on. Hopefully it will last many years!”

“I did not know it was Chinese made but soon found out, poor instructions, holes not aligning etc, slippery steps up into the cage, very stiff zip - needs to be waxed.”

“The experience is acceptable. Quality of trampoline delivered is very good. However the website and way of ordering December 2023 was a disaster. Website changed during process, reactions from Jumpking came in spam and were not tracable to the required product and payment was not quit easy via ideal. Finally with great support from customer service Amanda all was solved. Even the contact with transport Dachser.”

“Excellent swing. Previously had a therapy swing which cost 10 X as much. This is a fraction of the price and just as effective/well built. The pieces slotted together well, it was fairly quick and easy to put the frame together. Used our previous swing seat, so can't comment on the construction/quality of the jumpking one. Currently in the kitchen, a tad squeaky but doesn't move around at all. Getting lots of use by my 18 year old. Would highly recommend.”

“We purchased a new surround for our trampoline, although our trampoline is not the jumpking brand, the surround fits perfectly, (8ftx12ft rectangular) It is very well made, much better than the original and in the black it's also a lot more discreet than the bright blue we had before. Delivery was fast and low cost. Super happy. Our trampoline looks brand new.”
