“I have been trying to discuss spare parts for an existing trampoline for over 6 weeks after a structural element failed. No response to multiple emails or phone messages. I have bought two trampolines over the years from these guys but don't think they care beyond the initial sale. Disappointing as it can't be hard to, as a minimum, acknowledge someone trying to communicate with you.”

“I was really happy with it But unfortunately it was a present for my daughter and when I built it for her she did not like it . I have emailed 3 times to inform you I was returning it but I have he’s no reply. I have arranged for it to be picked up by tnt courier tomorrow 11/05/2020 So you should receive it back in a couple of days. Kind regards M S Herron.”

“Jumpking excellent service ,but i would recommend making sure the courier you use know what they are doing, they delivered a day late and wrong address ,as could not find my address. It was correct on the label you put on and I've not had a problem before ,they annoyed me .”

“This was a ‘miss you’ gift for our granddaughter, I had been looking at John Lewis for a long time but always out of stock but then decided to come straight to you. The service and delivery were exceptional considering our current circumstances very happy. The trampoline is very well made, heavy metal and easy to put together, and that was my main concern for the littles ones safety when they are bouncing and having fun! I had done a lot of research into different ones before hand so JumpKing was my favourite! You have made one little girl very happy, so ‘thank you ‘ !”

“No customer service to speak of. Since my last post a week ago we are still without the replacement w legs. No contact with customer service received. Very disappointed. I would strongly recommend you use another company for the supply of your trampoline. 3 disappointed daughters and a very disappointed Dad.”

“I bought a trampoline for grandchildren 5 years ago and it has been well used I needed sine spares and contacted Jumpking during COVID isolation and My was absolutely superb in tracking down the spares needed Trampoline now good as new Superb five star service from Amy”

“No sign of any customer service since last reviewed. Still unable to use trampoline. No resolution to bent w legs so would not suggest that you buy from this seller. However jumping.co.uk could be a better bet.”

“This was a gift for my grand nephew who is three ,he absolutely loves it ,not seen it as it was delivered to.him ,but it looks so colourful The delivery was excellent only a few days ,I ordered early ,as deliveries are taking longer at the moment ,so we’ll done !! Many thanks”

“One put together we’re happy with the trampoline. However, putting the frame together was very difficult. One leg in particular took multiple attempts and lots of force to get the pipes into place. It really shouldn’t be that difficult if the pieces are made the correct size in the first place. Having said that the springs were easy to attach with the tool provided as was the safety net. Overall happy, but it took a lot longer than it should of due to the leg / frame section.”

“I purchased a trampoline and the offer was advertised as a combo with the tent and trampoline both pictured side by side trampoline and tent and only received the tent they obviously didn’t update there web page and muddled customer I only purchased it cause the tent was advertised very miss leading”
