“Ordered a trampoline surround, inspite of covid19, it turned up quickly, unfortunately it was not as described. I have contacted customer services but as yet have had no response. This rating may change, depending on how they deal with it when they respond.”

“Poor customer service, I was unable to get through via the phone and no one responded to my emails. I appreciate we are in difficult times (COVID-19) but there was no info on website to suggest they could not respond to emails.”

“My trampoline arrived with a faulty bounce mat and a hole in the enclosure net where a spring had got caught up in transit. Due to the current crisis, it took days for someone to respond to me and when they did they agreed to send out replacement items. On arrival, however, these were fo a smaller trampoline. We are still waiting for the correct items, it’s now been just over a week! I’m sure this isn’t the usual service, I think we’ve just had bad luck. This is our second trampoline, our first lasted about 8 years, very well made.”
