I need to return back but no one answer the phone and no one reply my email. Please can you contact me. Order number : 1000024684 I need to return it back . Please can you arrange someone to pick up. I did call 01473747792 many times but no one answer.

Easy to order for my trampoline net that is more than 5 years old. So glad they had the net to order. It arrived promptly and fits so well.

I ordered a product & immediately realised it was an error, within minutes I cancelled, I emailed everyday & tried to call, still no response & the product was dispatched & money was taken, I continued to email everyday, they product turned up & the delivery driver returned for me as I explained the situation, I have continued to have no response & now had an email asking for a review as my opinion matters... I will email one more time then I will be contact Barclaycard as this is disgusting customer service

I am reluctant to leave a negative review, especially with the current COVID-19 situation, but feel I have no choice. I ordered a replacement trampoline bounce pad on 21st March, money was taken 23rd March. I am still waiting for the item even though lots of other reviewers say their items have arrived. I have emailed 4 times but received no reply to any of them. Very, very disappointed.

The net is too small and doesn’t fit around the trampoline. I emailed sales at jumpking last week but I haven’t had a reply.

I have cancelled my order few minutes after I placed it (didn't realise it was only safety net not whole trampoline), I emailed my cancellation to the company, I emailed cancellation to delivery people . It arrived but driver kindly took it back. I had no communication from you about refunding the money. I was grateful to the driver he took it back, so I didn't have to sit out postal return. Could you please let me know you will refund my cancelled order ? Thank you

This company has caused a huge amount on inconvenience and time and upset. I would strongly urge anyone to avoid dealing with them in the current corona virus situation. I have tried contacting their customer services over a dozen times by live message, email and voicemail message to no avail. I received one email a week ago asking me if I wanted a replacement or a courier collection for full refund. I replied that I definitely wanted a courier collection but still heard nothing. I have actually just started taking dispute action against them as the item was ÂŁ450 and they are not responding at all! I suggest they cease trading until they can satisfactorily provide sufficient customer service to support their sales.

We received our trampoline very quickly however the box contained 2 sets of legs which were different heights. Emailed customer services on Monday and 4 days later have still had no reply or acknowledgement of my request for assistance. I'm fully aware of the difficulties given the current circumstances but post-purchase customer service has been non-existent. I am now stuck with an expensive trampoline which cannot be used and 2 very disappointed children. Very disappointing service.

Trampoline net doesn’t fit. I have contacted jumpking 3 times so far to request a return address and refund but nobody has responded to my emails in over a week. Not happy with the customer service at all

Totally fed up with the company. Bought a trampoline for my disabled child while on lockdown. 3 boxes arrived. Loads of equipment missing plus 2 boxes. No reply to any of the messages that we have left. Except for one person who its apparently not there job to pass messages to customer service try messaging the right department if you require help. I will be taking this with trading standards as soon as I am able. Will not be recommending to anyone unless they want to waste over 600 pounds of savings. Ellen Coleman
