Customer service was great as I have ordered the wrong replacement seat for the ufo swing and they have noticed it and checked with me first before sending out the order. Really grateful for that ! Girls absolutely adore UFO swing ! Instructions in couple places were a bit confusing when putting the swing seat but I managed to work it out.

Ordered replacement parts. Wrong items arrived, answerphone always on, no reply to emails either. Now have a trampoline we can’t use and new spares that don’t fit it. Waste of time and money I’d be happy to edit my review if JumpKing actually get in touch and remedy the situation

I ordered a 14ft jumpking jumping bed, 96/8.5, and 96 springs, to rejuvenate our old trampoline (20yrs plus!). This site was easy to use...I am not great on the internet....and the goods did indeed turn up the next day! Everything fitted perfectly. Brilliant! A safe trampoline! Thank you so much. 10/10 for products and service.

Bad customer service if something goes wrong. I ordered trampoline accessory kit for our 8ft Jumpking trampoline and when we assembled the ladder we realised it was useless and way too it's too long. Got in touch with Jumpking and I keep getting ignored. Received one email saying literally: "We cannot collect as the fee for collection is £15.00" but no offer of a refund for a not-fit for purpose product. Terrible.

Swing frame ok to put together. Not easy but ok, the seat however was another matter and took longer to build. It was a reall challenge and very fiddly to do. Instructions were not very clear, very limited and in black and white only so that didn't help. No video available on website to help either when I looked in desperation. Anyway eventually got everything done and presented it to my son who was very happy with the swing thank goodness.

Found website a little difficult to be sure I had right spares but contact@ very quick to respond with accurate info. Order then processed and delivered on time. Good that they continue to stock spares years after trampoline bought.

Excellent customer service. TNT/FedEx were less than helpful with the delivery, but the Jumpking team sorted it with no fuss at all. A refreshingly helpful approach. Highly recommend. Oh, and the swing I bought is excellent quality. My daughter loves it.

Called to check which replacement net we needed and felt it was slightly odd to be referred back to the website to order rather than the person just taking my order. Delivery was slower than hoped too.

Appalling customer service! When things go wrong you should ask to be judged on how you handle the situation not the cause. Order placed, email regarding Tuffnells administration received then no response to emails or phone calls. Two very disappointed children waiting for a very special present. Pick up your phones!

Hi Toni, We apologise for the delay in sending your trampoline. We, like many other companies were only told on Monday that Tuffnell's were going into administration. Our other couriers cannot take these heavy items. We are trying to get another courier to take our freight, this is out top priority. I can see that my colleague has emailed you. I purchased the UFO swing. It's great fun for the kids. Delivery was absolutely atrocious though. Not Jumpking's fault directly but their delivery partner FedEx are awful. Was accused of having received my parcel when infact It had been delivered elsewhere. Took me having to persuade their customer service that I had been contacted by someone over Facebook to tell me that the parcel (with my name and address on it) was with them instead. If it hadn't been for that person's honestly, I would have never known where my parcel was as FedEx were oblivious! Parcel ended up being very late which meant my children were disappointed. Has sadly put me off ordering the trampoline I had planned for my son's birthday.

So so so impressed the delivery was extremely quick instructions easy to read my girls are loving it everyone comments on the canopy looks like a fairy castle I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND JUMPKING 💕💕💕❤️❤️❤️❤️
