Was very disappointed by the quality of the teshirts, they were very very thin and the sizes are alot larger than what you'd normally wear. The printing wrinkled and started coming off the hoodie after just one wash at 40 degrees.

I have used this company in the past and I had no issues, but unfortunately I didn’t have such a good experience on my most recent order. After spending a fair amount on multiple personalised items I placed my order on the website and paid. The following day I had an email from Niamh telling me I had to pay an additional fee (double figures) because my logo was a large embroidery. After questioning why the website stated a set fee, and why I’m now being asked to pay more, she came back with “the website should never have let you proceed with that size logo”. After making it known that I wasn’t happy and that this was not a mistake on my behalf but on their website, I was left with no choice but to pay the fee to receive my order. I personally think this is very cheeky and unprofessional on behalf of the company. There’s obviously a problem on the website and I was the one who suffered. I am a customer who has used you before and now I’m not sure if I’ll use you again. Who knows what my outstanding fee will be next time.

I ordered a hoodie and a polo shirt. The hoodie is great. The quality of the polo shirt is horrible.

I had some high expectations after ordering your premium polo shirts rather then just the standard ones. I would say the quality is good, but completely over shadowed by the fact that there was no care or attention taken in the method it was shipped. The shirts were all just bundled together into the shipping bag with no care. They arrived terribly creased and I had to check them to make sure there were no stains as I suspected there to be some in the careless way they were packaged. This automatically made me look for errors or defects as the first impression wasn't great. I would really recommend that you at least fold the shirts nicely and would even suggest putting them in their own bag before into the postal bag, to protect from damage or dirt, as the postal bag can easily get snagged/ripped during shipping and then there would be no protection and just really gives a bad impression of level of care taken in preparing the goods. The order also arrived early, but like I said all the good was overshadowed by the poor level of care in packaging and presenting the goods - just give the impression of no level of customer care or attention to detail and especially as it would cost you nothing just to present the product a little better.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear this, For any future orders we can offer individual bagging for the items, but this would come at an additional cost. This isn’t the most environmentally friendly which is why this isn’t a standard service, so all orders are packed as a printer’s fold prior to being packed into a polybag or box prior to shipping I hope this helps

While the hoodie is lovely and soft, the print work seems to be good the design is lovely.I haven’t washed yet. Sadly it is let down as under one of the arms a hole has already started to form which I think is poor seeing as my daughter has only had the hoodie a couple of weeks. The price I found to be reasonable if the hoodie wasn’t already falling apart.

I recently ordered 12 polos for a golf trip, and while 3 of them looked great with properly placed embroidery, the rest showed visible stitch marks and creases around the embroidered sections. The quality control needs improvement. The customer service and delivery time were ok however, and in those departments I give 4/5 star just to many imperfections on the polos really lets them down.

I’m sorry to hear you aren’t happy with the order, after reviewing this I can see the issue has been resolved as the items have been collected and a full refund raised. This has also been raised with the relevant department as to why the issue has happened, to which print has been advised for future orders I hope this helps

i chose this low number as I payed extra for it to arrive last tuesday as i was going on a trip but didnt come until friday. The website ensured me this and let me down.

Hi, I’m sorry to hear you are unhappy, I have reviewed your order link and can see your order I can see this has been charged as a standard delivery of £4.99 with a delivery date of 9th November. We’ve managed to despatch the order on the 6th November but royal mail have let both you and us down by failing to deliver the order for almost a week.

Primary school leavers hoodie. My daughter came home wearing it even though, it arrived with a tear down the seam. She was so excited to have it delivered to school but was upset when she opened it and here’s was faulty. Oversights happen but I am sure you can appreciate my rating as it is a big deal for a child to be left disappointed 😥

Snapback was small, poor quality and very flimsy. Embroidery although good quality was small and off centre.

Hello, Many thanks for placing your order with us, and I’m sorry to hear you are not pleased with the order. Due to framing limitations, we are limited to designs with a max height of 55mm onto caps/beanies. Having checked the production sheet, I can confirm the design was created to our limit. We are looking into alternative caps with camo designs from our suppliers to see whether we can find something more suitable to your requirements.

Printed wrong colour and wrong font, corrected the colour mistake by printing over the old wrong colour but you can still see the overlap leaving the bottom colour on parts, confirmed by another printer with evidence they did not use the font I requested as it could not be matched by other printers, would use again but beware there are cut corners here

I've had 2 orders now with Yazzoo. The first one the orange print came back milky after which I was offered a reduction on a future order. The second order the garment was described at Charcoal - ie dark grey the actual garment is dark brown. Plus again there are print problems. The black in the logo print is different from the black used on the rear for the names. I am sure that their production is okay with standard projects but the slightly more demanding projects they have difficulty with. The garment quality is great but the print lets it down.

As one of the designs on the back is an image logo that was the same on all garments, and the other was a text design that was different on all garments, we use different print techniques for these, otherwise the cost of doing the logo the same as the individual text would be very high, although it can be done. This leads to slightly different finish on both prints. This is the first time that anyone has complained about the small difference in print finish not matching that we can remember, so we haven’t thought before to offer the ability to match them for a higher price. If you would like us to do this next time for you, we can, and will offer a 20% discount on the increased rate for you.

I’m sorry to hear you are disappointed with what you have received. It looks like there were some quite long lines of text on the back of your garments that could potentially have been split over more lines. There is also a very long email address that would be an issue as well as that can’t be split. I would have suggested increasing the design to the max possible width, and putting the text over more lines. When you change the text – check the live updating visual so that you can see if the text looks big enough. The visuals show what garments will look like as worn, so if it looks small there, it will be small when you wear it. The colour of the tops are not very dark. It doesn’t look nice. I won’t be designing with them again.

I came back from a previous order a few years back, as I loved their hoodie style and quality. The most recent order took 22 days to get to me. Which for one piece of clothing is rather excessive. I was all so fed broken promises on delivery dates a few times way before the actual arrival date. Service seems rather sloppy compared to a few years ago, and if you don't mind waiting nearly a month for a delivery, choose Yazoo.

We ordered clothing to support Mental Fitness at Festivals and unfortunately, there was a large error with our order have the incorrect printing even though the artwork was all correct. We did not receive an apology or explanation and due to requiring the items close to the event we were unable to wear the clothing.

So I have a customised hoodie from a different website and I wanted to get my wife a customised one to match from here.. the website is good and easy to use which is why I liked it👌🏻 However, I ordered just 1 hoodie from here around the 17th July 2021 to come before my wife’s birthday 8th August selecting Thursday 5th Aug as the before date to be delivered as the latest option. I didn’t receive a confirmation of order so had to email the site to confirm and then it is now 7th Aug and still no hoodie and no reply from my email a couple of days ago about the whereabouts of this product! I am very disappointed of the customer service for this.

Hi Phil, We despatched your order on weds 4th august as promised. However, two things on the royal mail tracking are concerning me. Royal mail have it registered as going to them on the 5th, even though we despatched on the 4th (you should have received an email confirming this on the fourth, if you arent receiving emails from us, please check your junk/spam). The next thing concerning me is that it hasn't had a scan at the royal mail depot, which could potentially mean they have lost it. I think the best route now is to see if a scan happens on Monday, if not, we will have to remake your item and claim for the cost of the loss with royal mail. Apologies for this, Rob
