“Generally, great service and quick responses when we have any questions. The only issue we have had, which did cause a problem, was a hiccup in the loading of quantity numbers when we were making a large order. We ended up having to order more stock. Customer service was excellent and rectified the issue very efficiently.”

Hi Dawn, Thanks for the feedback on the slow order updating for the large order. We've identified the issue that slowed down the page updating and hopefully rectified it now. It looks like it was trying to reload too much data - some of which was not needed, so we have skinnied the data loading it down a lot.
