“I ordered the personalised hoodie for my boyfriend for his birthday and it was amazing! My design was printed out very well, and he loves it! I wanted to know a bit more of detail about specific sizing for each item but overall we love it! Also the shipping came earlier than expected, which makes me happy.”

“The order was spot on - everything I ordered was in the box. The t-shirts look incredible and I got a great deal as we purchased +100. “The speed and quality that it came was amazing, the only reason I have given 4 stars instead of 5 is just because I was praying on the package being delivered on time and I had no updates on where it was but other than that, it came on time and looks amazing!!!”

I’m sorry to hear you are disappointed with what you have received. It looks like there were some quite long lines of text on the back of your garments that could potentially have been split over more lines. There is also a very long email address that would be an issue as well as that can’t be split. I would have suggested increasing the design to the max possible width, and putting the text over more lines. When you change the text – check the live updating visual so that you can see if the text looks big enough. The visuals show what garments will look like as worn, so if it looks small there, it will be small when you wear it.
