The colour ( is a pastel green and a coral rather than the bright cerise and pea grrr advertised) and size does not match the website and when complained I was told I can't get a refund due to having itnpersonalised however nowhere does it warn you that these two issues may be a problem

Hi Clare, I'm sorry to see that you aren't happy with your product. The product colours always look different on different screens. I'm happy with the colours because they are actual photos of the garments on the website, and we do has a disclaimer to warn that the colours may differ due to the screen you are viewing them on directly below the picture. We have also investigated the sizing with you and found that it meets the garments specifications. Note that the sizes on the site aren't the actual size of the garment, but the size of chest they are meant to fit so it says that a medium is to fit a 40" chest. I wonder if that's where the confusion has come from in this case?

I've been waiting 2 months for the item and they keep sending it to the wrong address. I have asked for a refund and I get no response

We have still not received our delivery, which is totally unacceptable having paid a lot of money for our order and needing them urgently. Customer service on the phone has not been useful, no apology for the delay in delivery. We will not be using you again that is for sure.

Hi, I have looked into this and we have actually completed your order 2 days earlier than requested. However, DPD, our delivery company have had issues with delivering the parcel. I'm not sure what's going on with the delivery driver, but for whatever reason he is struggling to access the premises. I know that my colleague has put new instructions on the consignment for DPD to ring the buzzer (which to me just seems like common sense anyway) and that they are going out for delivery again today. I am disappointed to hear that you won't be using us again because of our delivery company's error so I will be putting a complaint in with DPD about the driver today. They also have your phone number. A simple call would have resolved this issue two days ago. Kind Regards, Rob

We only received half of the order and despite numerous telephone calls and email to you we are still waiting for the second part to be delivered. These were required for an event today and only half of the students were able to wear their t shirts and hoodies. Would you please investigate the balance of the order and let me have an ETA. I deleted the social welfare law on the back when ordering and put LPC but it's come with both tried contacting to return it but no response

I ordered jumpers for me and my boyfriend and when it's arrived I realized that is too big, then I measured and the size is completely different what company provide on website with what I got it seem is one size up. I emailed to company, nobody even replied. I really disappointed.

Just to confirm, the customer was not in when the courier tried to deliver the parcel, so the delivery has been rearranged for tomorrow

Order never arrived after two weeks. Received a mail that I would get it in 3 to 5 days. Emailed back twice to check on order but never even got an acknowledgement. Given a tracking number that's useless. I've been cheated.

Hi, I've looked into your order and as it is going to singapore unfortunately our delivery times take much longer. This job was despatched on 11th april, and our carrier is saying it may take up to a month to arrive. I apologise for the miscommunication from our site, it should have informed you of this and we will need to look at getting an alternative message sent out for international deliveries as our communication hasn't been good enough here. The sizing of the product is awful. According to the info online I got an xs size. So I ordered it. Arrived very quickly but the arms are far too short. I cannot wear it. I emailed to see about returning, but got no response. I'm not happy to pay postage to return either as it would fit according to the website and postage was expensive anyway. Very disappointed.

Hi Megan, Really sorry to hear that, sometimes the sizing doesn't always work out, it's just one of those things. Fortunately you can return the garment to us for no cost to yourself, and get either a full refund or a replacement. Not as advertised. Been told changed manufacturers so the style and thickness of the Hoodie is no longer the same. This is no longer a heavy weight Hoodie. Just a regular and low quality one

The material is not very good. Something sbout the material quality makes it real cheap. I was a student last year & the quality was better then.

Firstly I was sent the wrong colour and it took ages to arrive, had to complain several times before being sent the correct colour which then also took longer to arrive than promised. Very disappointing.

The hoodie was far to big even though it was a small. It would have been better if they were true to size

Hi, Really sorry to hear the sizing isn't right for you. Can you measure the hoodie for us please, 2cm below the bottom arm seam flat across the chest? We need to see if the hoodie is faulty
