“We are running a 12 school Olympic festival - over 450 children. We wanted each school to have their own tee shirt! Yazzoo made that so simple and do achievable. The website is simple to use, the instructions are clear and the service is amazing ! I was quoted 20 days for my tee shirts they turned up in 6 days- even that I received 5 emails about the delivery . So impressed with everything- cannot recommend highly enough”

Hi, I’m sorry to hear you had issues with the ordering process. We do have an online chat option where you can drop us a message and we can assist you directly from there, or you can email over to sales@yazzoo.co.uk and we can put quotes together for you. In regards to pricing, all will depend on the quantity you are looking to order, and we do offer filter tabs so you can organise the garment results by price. I can also see fair trade garments were part of the order so these are slightly more expensive in comparison to other options, I hope this helps

“We have ordered hoodies from the company previously as we have always been impressed with the service and the products are really good quality. Our third year students wanted some hoodies for their end of year production and the design was exactly what was requested. One of the employees also expedited the delivery for me with no additional charge, which was amazing. The live chat is also a really useful function.”

I’m sorry to hear you aren’t happy with the customer service received. We have been made aware the organiser for the school leavers hoodies did pass out incorrect information regards the expiry date for the early leavers discount code, and at the time of your order being placed this had already expired. Whilst we sympathise with the issue, this is something we unfortunately wouldn’t have been able to offer as the expiry date had been clearly stated on the leavers section of our website, and on any of our own email mailers sent out, And after the discount code expires our schedule gets very full very quickly. The whole idea is to incentivise people to place their orders earlier when we aren’t as busy.

“For the third year of Sarah racing in the National Ministox we upped the quality of design and Jack came up with a brilliant piece to use, along with Sarah's branding on the back, so we looked around for someone with the same high quality merchandise and quality of print for the Tshirts. Yazzoo came up trumps. The order process online was very easy, and the communication after ordering was also very good, keeping me updated and supplying a tracking number on the day of despatch. When the goods turned up the next day we were over the moon - especially Sarah as this was a surprise and she was unaware of the new design. Using Gildan tshirts and the quality of print has supplied an amazing product, and across the three styles (kids, ladies and gents) it is consistent and extremely vibrant. After an initial wash and iron they;ve come up as good again, and after a day of wear working on the car they've again come up like new. Brilliant quality - would heartily recommend the service and quality.”
