“Great quality shirts, I have ordered numerous times in the past and will continue to order more. The invoice and ordering page is overly complicated though. This time I made the mistake and ordered rather large lettering on the shirts (too big really) but my fault for not double checking the sizing on the personalisation, although who counts in mm ??”

“Absolutely brilliant service! They were quick to respond and my package arrived in perfect time. These were a gift for my partner to. Kickstart his clothing business, he was so so pleased with these beanies, the embroidery was done so carefully- they look amazing! Definitely will be purchasing some more :)”

“Honestly these guys are the best ever! I’ve used them twice now for school sweatshirts and hoodies and I can not fault them! I recently needed 60 printed sweatshirts for a school show and, with a school production, things get very busy. I ordered them very late, but I called up and was able to get them sent out so quickly! And the quality is incredible! Can not thank you enough!”

“Absolutely 💯 fabulous!!! I am so thrilled with the fleece I have ordered. Beautiful embroidery and excellent quality fleece. This is a present for my brother-in-law who is a farmer and we thought it would be fab for him to have his very own logo for his staff of one!!!! But you never know if he ever manages to employ more staff (and he certainly needs them) I will be placing another order. Thank you so much for the super speedy turnaround of my order and fast delivery”

“I have been looking for a replacement hoodie for a while now that I could have my name on. Having searched I came across the Yazzoo website and was impressed with both cost and availability to customise clothing. Ordering and customising a hoodie was easy. Email confirmation of my order was sent to me along with estimated delivery date, however the garment was prepared and delivered well ahead of time. Quantity of both the garment and embroidery is great. Just what I was after.”

“I have used this company in the past and I had no issues, but unfortunately I didn’t have such a good experience on my most recent order. After spending a fair amount on multiple personalised items I placed my order on the website and paid. The following day I had an email from Niamh telling me I had to pay an additional fee (double figures) because my logo was a large embroidery. After questioning why the website stated a set fee, and why I’m now being asked to pay more, she came back with “the website should never have let you proceed with that size logo”. After making it known that I wasn’t happy and that this was not a mistake on my behalf but on their website, I was left with no choice but to pay the fee to receive my order. I personally think this is very cheeky and unprofessional on behalf of the company. There’s obviously a problem on the website and I was the one who suffered. I am a customer who has used you before and now I’m not sure if I’ll use you again. Who knows what my outstanding fee will be next time.”
