Not happy at all! When you prepare the design and logo you can’t adjust on polo shirt up or down ! Design and logo on front chest is to high! On back is to low! You have to design your software that client can adjust the design and logo exactly where they want! Disappointed! Hope the printing to last long time!

We have received the artwork for an order 3 times and each time it looked the same. Several requests were made for a person to telephone us as we could not contact them by phone. No one phoned. This order was request for delivery by 16th Aug. Not Happy

Unfortunately I have had a number of issues when it came to large order quantities. Delays in communication, production and then errors in the final products including missing items. The print work is good quality, however I have found shrinkage and poor communication between your customer service team and production and delivery partners. The clothing ordered is used as my merchandise for my health and fitness brand.

There were a LOT of errors it appears with the school order. Items were delivered without any identification so the staff had no idea who was supposed to receive each hoodie and expecting 10-11 year olds to know is ridiculous.. there needs to be some identifying detail. This meant my child received the wrong size and wrong colour. 12-14 age hoodies are sent as small but n ne communicated this to the customers or the staff so no one knew what was going on. Communicating with the company is difficukt we were told ' we sent yours to the school' but they did in fact NOT as there was not one of the size and colour we ordered in the order at all.

Bought a leavers jumper and quality of jumper is really good but took over a week to arrive and trying to get in touch with Yazzio is practically impossible. There was no medium or large left in stock but as soon as ordered XL other sizes became available. Couldnt get in touch to change order. Online chat on website said they couldn’t deal with it and kept giving me wrong email to contact someone. So now I’ve paid £30 for a jumper which is way too big and my child won’t wear!

Hi Helen, Apologies for your bad experience with us. We didn't receive any emails from you so I'm not sure what email you were given to solve the problem, but we should have solved this for you on the online chat itself rather than asking you to email. It is awkward for us, to change a hoodie once ordered, as we have the hoodie in our building, have to return it and pay restocking fees to the supplier - so it's definitely best to order the correct size at the start. However, we will usually sort it. Someone is going to get in contact with you over the next 24 hours to offer you a free hoodie with the designs in the size and colour of your choice, stock permitting. Great hoodie, exactly what I wanted. They got my logo mixed with another company and it would have been nice to be able to talk to someone to sort it out instead of corresponding by email. Delivery was on time.

T shirts are good quality apart from one of my tshirts have had stitching come loose on sleeve and have tried contacting yazzoo team several times and had no reply .

It took some time to get the order sorted because the first times I uploaded my artwork it came back having been modified. However, once we got that sorted, the printing is very good quality. Also very happy with the quality of the fairtrade tee.

We ordered them for a funeral as we lost a perosn close to us but the sizing on this are needed to be looked at or advise customers to order a size bigger than needed

I ordered an Xs leavers Hoodie for my son to cheer him up as he couldn’t sit his GCSEs or finish his school year. Unfortunately the Xs is such a small fit it’s too small which is a shame as the quality is great. My other order 104193, I’ve asked the Xs jumpers to be changed to smalls. Thank you

Good quality t-shirts.. great vinyl cutting. A few bits of vinyl came lifted when delivered and coloured prints weren’t as coloured but still wearable :)

So, I am going to be very honest! First, you can select the Font Style but not the Font Size when given to customize the design. Later, when we get the design option to confirm that shows the whole garment with the font but it is hard to say. Things seem fine in software but not in reality, so I would recommend having a font size option while customizing. Next, I have mentioned the Print Style for my logo and I got delivered the embroidered logo on all my Tees, which was very annoying as I had to pass the product on deadline. Although they have put a request for a new order in production, I am not sure how it's going to be owing to this blunder mistake in a simple order!

The quality of the clothing and the hat was good. However the logo printing was inconsistent. On one hat and polo was good but the other polo and hat wasn’t. The logos need to be bigger.

Good customer service. Delivered on time. One small criticism was that the logo on the bags I ordered were to big. An e mail with the design layout before ordering would of helped. But overall a good company.

Hi John, thanks for the feedback. We send an artwork approval off with every order, which then must be approved by the customer, otherwise the order cannot be sent into production. This is the only way an order can proceed, so we definitely did send one. Hoewever, we have recently changed the way the artwork approvals work so that the visual component of it is much larger and much more obvious now. This only happened in the last week thogh so may well have happened after yours was sent and approved. Kind Regards, Rob

The quality was as expected for the price. Colours are not a perfect match with website. I paid for delivery on a specific date. Delivery was a day late and I didn't get notified that is was going to be late until the actually delivery day. When I asked for a refund for the shipping considering I paid for a specific delivery date I was told: "the order was now on a Saturday delivery for you at no additional charge because of the delay, and this is normally charged at £27.50+VAT." I think you can understand my surprise to that comment from a customer services rep. Someone else in the Customer Service quickly corrected this after I challenged the response but my point is: 1. I wasn't notified of the delay until the day of delivery late in the afternoon! 2. I had no notification on when it would be shipped (until I got a delivery text from the courier company the next day) 3. I had to remind them that I paid for a specific delivery date which I think should be refunded if you don't deliver on that day without having to ask for it Will think twice about using these guys again.

Hi, I know what happened with this one. We had planned to embroider this right at the end of the day, and unfortunately, when we went to do the large back embroidery, it had been set up slightly too large to able to fit in the embroidery frame, and by then we had no one in the design team to amend it to be small enough to fit. Our error - you have my apologies for that. Additionally, you are right, we should not have tried to say that a later delivery date than was originally agreed was of extra value to you, because clearly it isn't. I have spoken to the person in question and they made an honest mistake on that. Again, our apologies for that error. I'm told we have refunded the delivery now, which rights that wrong, but I would also like to offer you a 20% discount on your next order for your trouble. Hi Victoria, I've taken a look into this, and it looks like we had the wrong colour shade down for sky blue on this product. We have now amended this, so thank you for alerting us to that.
