Love the material of the pem hoodie. Although the hoodie creases too much & small is like an XL. I do not agree with vinyl printing, as I would of loved a sample of screen printing. Before I can make the decision to continue working with this company. I would want quality for my brand & customers. I don't think I can get it from here. But love how easy it is to communicate & order stuff from the website! Great for college or universities or basic hoodies!

Hi Alexander, Ok glad you like the hoodie but sad to hear we didn't get it quite right for you. We don't normally do screen printing on single quantities, but one of my staff will contact you shortly about getting some screen print samples sent out so you can check the quality and see if you want to go ahead with screen printing

Sadly, the T.Shirt was not true to size by a long shot :( The fabric was too thick to use in the gym and the neckline literally chokes.

Hi Joshua, What in particular didn't you like about the shape or style of the garment? You ordered the basic hoodie, which is not particularly designed for shape and style. Was assured that order was sent out not once but twice, here we are a week later and still waiting...

Hi Caroline. Really sorry to see this, I imagine you are as frustrated as we are. As these are plain garments we were having them sent directly from our supplier to you, but first of all they failed to pick the order, and then the order has been held by their courier, delaying it again. Please see the message from our supplier: "Hope you are well The couriers have advised that the above order has been held at the Haydock depot due to missing the trailer onto the delivery depot. This will now be with your customer on Monday before 12pm. I am so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. "

The garment was to big, even with the size chart showed. It's to big.

Hi Chris, I can only apologise for this basic human error - I'm amazed they passed inspection and will be speaking to all the staff involved. I believe we have supplied a pre-paid returns label to return the garments to us so we can fix this for you? As soon as they come back into us we will have those ones printed and back out to you. I paid for my name to be printed on the back of the jacket however this did not happen. It has now been sent back to have the name put on it

Really nice comfy hoodie Shame the zip fell off when I initially unzipped it. Asked to get replacement etc. Told need to send it back to get replacement. Cheaper to get fixed than to pay postage. Disappointed expected better

Hi Michelle, we do need them back I'm afraid as we will need to take the fault up with the manufacturer. However, we are happy to pay for postage. were you offered a pre-paid label to use to send the hoodie back with as that is our standard procedure?

I came to Yazzoo again because I had such a great experience last time with clear communication and a personalised service. What happened? It was like dealing with a completely different company.

The service was excellent and the customer service was excellent. However, what I am really disappointed about is the poor quality of the zips on the hoodies as they get regularly jammed whenever the are being zipped up. Therefore I do not recommend these hoodies which Yazoo have provided.

The cut of the hoodie was very unflattering. The arms were very baggie and long while the body was short and wide.

The hoodies came in all different colours of blue which is disappointing as the colour we opted for was lovely. They are all different materials as well which makes the sizing difficult. The boxes were all labelled with a size but when distributing the hoodies we soon figured out that they weren't necessarily the correct sizes in the boxes which proved a nightmare. Overall pretty disappointed as the last order we got from Yazzoo was excellent, hence the reason we came back a second time.
