Probably the best customer service I've received. Meg was incredibly friendly and polite. She made what felt like an impossible task to me seem so simple and didnt make me feel silly in the process. There was no waiting time for my call to be answered and it was even at 7.30pm. Very happy customer

Best company I've ever dealt with, customer service is amazing pricing is very competitive and never had any technical issues that were not quickly rectified. Separate not the staff are legends, they are probably the best thing about Yay whenever I call they all sound so happy always bend over backwards to help and are just the nicest people you will speak to, Jez is hilarious! I recommend them to everyone and I've very happy with the service as you can see from my photo!

After researching a number of virtual phone system providers I decided to try Yay, up and running inside 60 minutes and extremely helpful staff - I really can't fault their service, knowledge and helpfulness!!

Awesome customer service, amazing technical help, these people do what they say, when they say at the price agreed. I can't fault them on anything and highly recommend them. The VOIP works really well with a great app for your mobile so you line follows wherever you go!

As a brand new customer I was contacted by Daisy from Yay to see if I was satisfied, I wasn't available at the time of the call so she left the best number for me to call her back. On return call I was helped by Meg as I was having some issues (all user error!) - Meg could not have been more helpful. Not only did she solve both my problems but she did it clearly and simply, not once did I feel the techno-numpty I was being! Thank you so much - I will endeavour to use Yay at every opportunity in the future, brilliant customer service (particularly at what must be a difficult time!)

I have recently set up a multi line business voip phone system using Yay.com. I found the staff to be polite, helpful and willing to assist with the set up. Thanks to konnor and Victoria for the assistance

The advisor was so clear spoken, down to the point (no Indian call centre style rubbish chit-chat which has been a relief) and very helpful. Great guy, great attitude. Many others in a similar job are far cry. We sorted out several concerns of mine in no time.

We came across Yay 2 years ago and when we purchased IP telephony equipment. We've recently switched our domain hosting to them too. They offer things one might expect but rarely found: Excellent customer service. Actually reply to emails, with personalised and helpful, responses, promptly. Transparent and honest. Good pricing. Go the extra mile for their customers. I am happy to recommend this company.

The help team were extremely helpful in solving my problem. Potentially my setup was a bit of a 'mare but this was no problem and the help team got a result. I can thoroughly recommend the technical support given.

Another great customer service experience with Yay.com today. I changed my broadband supplier and the new router caused some issues with my phones. Meg was familiar with the issue, logged in to my router and fixed the problem within 10 minutes. Nothing is ever too much trouble for the team at Yay and I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Used the internet phone on yay to allow friends and family to keep in touch using a local number, plus low cost calls when abroad, great technical support to help with setup.
