Service from Yay has been fantastic since our very first contact with them, but today - they knocked it out of the park. I make no secret of the fact that I am a dimwit when it comes to VOIP. Today I needed to set up complex (for me) call routing for two new numbers, then add speed dials and team members' direct dials to 6 handsets. Jez spent an hour on the phone talking me through what needed to be done, shared my screen and showed me exactly what he meant when I didn't understand. It's no exaggeration to say I couldn't have done it without him. Naturally, the moment I got off the phone to Jez I over-wrote something he'd just done, but when I called back he was extremely patient and helped me to right my wrongs. I owe a huge thank you to the people we used to use for our inbound numbers. If they hadn't been so terrible, I'd never have searched for a new supplier and wouldn't have found Yay... And, of course, thanks to Jez and everyone at Yay for making my life so much easier.

Support was fast, friendly and helpful. 30 day trial period means you have chance to iron out kinks and get everything working before you commit.

I hadn't heard of Yay.com before, but they came up with the best price in a Google Shopping comparison so thought I'd dig a little deeper. The particularly favourable reviews, prices, and delivery options nudged me to place an order for a couple of Ubiquity switches. The result? Absolutely first class customer service! Well done Yay.com - will certainly be using again. We did have a minor issue with organising morning delivery (through no fault of theirs; due to my own doing) and they, Meg in particular deserves special mention, really went out of their way to get it resolved for me ASAP.

I have been using Yay now for well over a year. They make the process of setting up a new phone system seem incredibly easy. The control panel that they provide to you allows you to create new users, hunt group, call patterns and all instantaneous! When I’ve come across stumbling blocks (usually as a result of my inexperience and not a limitation of their system) they simply help to understand what I need and then guide me through the process. A truly great system, a phenomenal service and a price that is beyond competitive. A very happy Customer indeed!

We've been a Yay customer for 18 months and cannot fault the service. From advice on the right hardware to proactively saving us money by suggesting cheaper packages to speedy fault resolution on the rare occasion there's a technical issue, we've received noting but friendly and professional service, even though we're probably one of their smaller customers. We'd have no hesitation in recommending Yay to anyone looking for a VOIP provider.

Being new to VoIP I was impressed with how easy it was to set it up and configure the service on Yay's website. Also, any queries I had were quickly and professionally answered. I can fully recommend Yay to anybody.

Yay.com as a VoIP provider is great. The console is feature-laden and easy to use, and the prices are highly competitive with some of the best customer service in the industry. 5 out of 5 for VoIP. Domain registration and hosting, at yay.com, has some bugs that need to be ironed out, that is from my opinion and is coming from moving a domain from one of the big names and from previous experience with other providers. CS are always pleasant to deal with to assist in resolving issues On that basis its a 3 out of 5 for this service. If they can get these bugs resolved, i am happy to give them a 5. Current score as of October 2017: 4/5
