“I can't believe how friendly yay.com staff really is, i have been speaking to Meg on a number of issues we have had and i needed a new call routing for my company and Meg just sorted it out for me without any problems! I highly recommend yay.com for their cheap prices and very friendly support staff.”

“Service from YAY has so far been absolutely outstanding! I never usually write reviews but am more than happy to on this occasion. We were more inclined to use one of the more 'well known' VOIP suppliers, but am glad we went with YAY, as the support and customer service, aswell as product and value for money is superb. Keep it up!! Regards Adam”

“I am utterly useless with technology, but Tom was calm & patient & helped me get my phone number diverting to my mobile in no time at all. I wish I had called sooner; the customer support is the best I've come across in a very long time. Well done Yay & thank you Tom!”

“Yay are always at the end of the phone to help - real, live people! They have always been polite and helpful and explained anything and everything I have needed help with. On top of that the service is so economical. I have been recommending them to my friends and business associates and I recommend them here to you.”

“I rang because I needed some help with my phone; the previous time I had spoken to someone at Yay they were friendly, patient and very helpful; I was hoping to receive the same treatment today and I did. There was no waiting for my call to be answered and no "press 1 for this or press 2 for that". Once again the staff at Yay were friendly and helpful; thank you for providing a 5 star customer service.”

“First time with VOiP phones and wouldn't look back. Great to be able to have the flexibility of forwarding and recording calls with ease, as well as being able to run an automated switchboard. there's so much more you're able to do, all from the ease of your desktop computer. We had a few issues when setting up (user error), but the guys and girls at Yay very quickly ran through what I needed to do to correct the settings. I've been recommending Yay.com to everyone, business and personal friends. 10/10, keep up the good work!”
