Having problems re-routing calls Spoke to Izzy as was having problems re-routing calls to my mobile. Very helpful and had the problem resolved in minutes. Excellent service

Okay, this is probably the first time that I've ever written a second review but I really had no idea that I'd be spending 3 times as much time on yay.com than I spent before writing my last review. What can I say? The customer service, obviously, is absolutely awesome. There's nothing bad to say. Now, my experience on yay.com has been absolutely great. Every single functionality and feature, no matter what package you're using, was just so easy, intuitive, and above all, in terms of page responsiveness - it's fast! UI and UX are absolutely fine. I've identified a couple of bugs that I could easily see and work around - for regular customers these may cause a bit of confusion, though. Nothing that can't be fixed. Oh, did I already say that the customer support is absolutely awesome? Yes, it is! And I've been partially doing certain gigs for customer satisfaction for 22 years already. No, I don't mean that kind of satisfaction, you naughty you! I mean like coming nowhere and worked my way up from IT Support to SRE-DBA and System/Enterprise Architect level. And if I never health with end customers, I still had to work for the rest of those companies myself, as if they were my customers. Oh, did I already say that the customer support is also awesome for one particular reason - they don't treat customers like idiots. And they don't assume. Good and skilled customer support team members can usually determine if the person on the phone with them knows or understands certain things, or what the skills/profession might be. Listening is a sign of respect. And I absolutely love the fact that not once did I have to end up in a disagreement or even an argument - we both understood what we were talking about. In the second half of 2000's, I worked in a small VoIP company. That was before the first iPhone came out. If only we had known back then that VoIP will make such a comeback in the next 10-15 years. Customer support is nice and reactive. 1 star is missing just because of weird tech issues on the backend. But hey, I remember - in the middle of the 2000s I worked for a VoIP company... had to do everything from PBX to Provisioning to Billing - all the SIP trunks and all that... it's like a whack-a-mole game with all kinds of problems. Keep up the good work! :)

I have to say, every time I need to call Yay if there is an issue, they are fantastic, polite and super courteous and professional. I dealt with Solomon this time around and found his service to sort out a small to be fantastic, he even went as far to pull reports for me whilst we were waiting to have the issue resolved. Thank you, Sol, and Yay for the great service again!

A fantastic service from Jez and Bertie this morning and over the last week to sort out my Yay dialling system. Super easy to deal with and talk too and the guys are fantastically patient and empathetic. I would definitely recommend Yay to anyone looking for a dialler system!

Their services are great and the website is so user friendly in managing my account. I had cause to call to make a purchase and was really helped by Sol. I don't know where Yay get their staff from but customer services are perfect!

Received excellent service today from Jez @ Yay.com. I am a small business owner and phoned up with a technical query about setting up an out of hours voicemail. Jes took time to listen to what I wanted to do, then suggested a different solution to what I thought I needed, took time to set it up with me on the phone and then showed me how to manage it myself. The main positive on the call was at no point did I feel rushed, which is a rarity when phoning a call centre

The customer service at Yay has always been impeccable. You're always able to talk to a knowledge person when you call and they are all extremely friendly. I called and spoke to Matt from Yay for help setting up a second landline number for two users. Matt took me step by step through the process and within 10 minutes we were good to go! Thanks Matt!

I am a virtual assistant from The Philippines trying to set up Yay as instructed by my boss. However due to location issue despite using VPN, I still can't access it. That's when I decided to Request a Call from Yay and they are so quick to respond to requests. Bertie, one of their SuperAgents was able to resolve my issues- I raised like every issue that there is with regard to using Yay 😆 but he's so patient and really walked me through on everything. He's super nice and sweet, we got disconnected multiple times but he's really gonna call you back until he verified that everything's good with me. I hope that when I need help again, he'll be the one to assist me 😊
