“Excellent fast service every time. The staff are very knowledgeable and the first person to pick up the phone is always able to deal with every query I have had so far without needing to pass me to anyone else or put me on hold - the team knows their stuff! We are a new reseller of VoIP services, the whole onboarding process is very quick and painless to get setup and Meg and Jez from their support team are always quick to respond and helpful. I also do IT support outside of my day job and I always have my clients buy any networking and VoIP equipment from Yay, the service is top notch and pricing for these products is cheaper than most other suppliers”

“Currently doing an extensive trial of Yay.com and i am very impressed, The Service and support have been excellent, the Yay app on mobile users devices is the easiest to get setup i have seen, the fixed device setup is no problem, including distributed phone books (I am using Grandstream IP Phones). Webhooks work well and provide a way to master most advanced realtime reporting/wallboard requirements, call quality is excellent and the costs are low.”
