I highly recommend yay.com! They have fantastic customer service and always go above and beyond to help solve any issues you may have. I had several issues throughout the day and Sol was an absolute hero! He was so knowledgeable and happy to help. I really appreciate the great service they provide.

I've been a Yay.com customer for years and they are absolutely the best. In addition to a wide range of VOIP services and hardware, their support is first-rate. As the website is comprehensive and beautifully laid out, I don't have to call support very often. But when I do, they are unfailingly helpful and efficient. the best! Today I had a query about call routing and Konnor sorted it within one minute! Highly recommended.

David is an absolute hero! Helped me with several issues through out the day. He always goes above and beyond to solve the problems. Every time I have called yay I am always through to a real person that are so knowledgeable and happy to help. I would highly recommend!

About to board a flight and I realise I hadn't updated our VoIP phone system to say we're away for a few days. Quick message to YAY and within a matter of minutes it was all sorted Wonderful friendly company that always exceeeeds my expectations, a true company that have never treated us as just a number!!

Yay.com is a really easy to use platform for small businesses. In particular, the interface for setting up call routes is incredibly easy compared to other solutions on the market.

If you’re looking to catch a domain using Yay I highly wouldn’t recommend it. Had one lined up for a client and checked on the date it was due to drop.. it wasn’t caught and was just free to register for anyone, luckily managed to register it using another domain registrar but needless to say there drop catching service is useless!!

Had the pleasure of speaking to David at Yay this evening, who was extremely helpful & who's awesome customer service offers the wow factors! With so many top companies falling short today, lacking in something simple as great 1 on 1 customer service, Yay, has raised the benchmark! A great company offers not only a great product, but should be able to back it up with the support of a great team, I'm talking 1 on 1 communication & none of this virtual chat rubbish! Yay's customer service is just awesome & with staff like David, who's help was exceptional, understanding & knowledgeable of my requirements, he's the reason i will be shouting Yay & recommending the company for its support. many thanks David.

Excellent response to my call this afternoon. I expected a five minute call outlining what I needed to do but David worked on the problem and actually sorted it out for me by remote access. He also made sure that I understood the different steps he was taking which gives me the confidence to have a go myself next time. David was extremely helpful and honestly went beyond and above what was expected. Excellent customer service from Yay.com!

Great product and amazing service. I was assigned to Rosie, who was extremely helpful. She walked me through the whole YAY application step by step and showed me how to use it. I was searching for a business line, as I needed a office number and I came across YAY. It comes with many features and benefits. They have a few packages to choose from. I have unlimited minutes and a dedicated landline number with my package, which is perfect for me as a small business. You can also download the app on your phone and if a client/prospect calls your office landline number, it will also come through to your phone. The signal through my laptop and my phone is crystal clear. And there customer service seems to be pretty outstanding too. always on hand to help.

Great service today from Angus in setting up two grand stream phones on our account as we have moved into another office. nothing was too much trouble in configuring the phones how we wanted them! thank you and im excited i have quick access to my voicemails now!!!

Came on board after having issues with a previous voip provider. From the first conversation up to go live has been an absolute pleasure! I don't often write reviews, however this one has been earnt! Our account manager Jez has been nothing but hard working and has understood the brief down the every detail. His communication has been impeccable and even when on leave, the team have been great. They seem to have a really strong platform that has oodles of features and functionality which will benefit any business small or large. Onwards and upwards!

The yay.com team is always ready to help, knowledgeable and you don't need to wait minutes in the waiting room. Service is great, I did not experience any technical problem or disconnection at all. Totally recommending.
