“The service is great and very affordable. I ran into some issues with my phone because I didn't set it up properly but the support team have been nothing but outstanding - very responsive, helpful and patient. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone.”

“Had a problem with receiving incoming calls but the guys at Yey responded immediately to my support request. The problem took a lot of troubleshooting but I was totally confident they could sort it out. They were polite and explained everything I needed to do at my end to rectify the problem. I am very happy with the support.”

“Signed up with YAY about a month ago, had a real problem setting up my business communications with BT, and after 2 months I had had enough. So I phoned YAY. Spoke to a wonderful person called Daisy who literally knew everything about the phones I was ordering from them. Within 2 Days! I was set up and on the phone. They are always available to talk and help sort out the problems in setting up, which if you're not technically minded you kind of need a hand to guide you, however through their instruction, it was simple. Very happy to have them on board with me, and for a third the price of BT.”

“I began using this service Oct 2015 for a new business after much research. The value of this service exceeds all others for me and is adding new facilities all the while. I found the user interface very easy to use to route my calls and create groups etc. The things I didn't see straight away were easily located via the FAQ search. I also had had a couple of general questions and a 1 technical query that I had to call customer service for help with. Both before and after I became a customer and I have to say YAY were brilliant! Knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff, everything I want when I have to ring a company for help with their service. I hope it stays that way in the future because I will be a customer for life if it does.”

“New to VOIP and chose YAY based on previous reviews plus their cost structure. Using a SPA112 VOIP adaptor over quite a complicated broadband structure including microwave links and a wireless bridge. Initially unable to get the SPA box to work and was getting quite frustrated. Mark, Simon, Daisy and the team worked tirelessly (often I got replies at 10pm or later) to help resolve the issue which eventually required a firmware patch from Cisco themselves. I would recommend YAY to anyone and intend to move my two businesses over to them next year once I am out of my existing contract. Jon S. Worcestershire”

“I am still in awe at how amazing Yay.com and its staff are! The services offered are better than any of the four other VoIP providers I've used and, if that wasn't sufficient reason to use Yay, their support is mind-blowing! I have had cause to use their online chat system and their 2nd+ tier support and it's a real credit to Yay that queries on the chat system are responded to so very quickly and so comprehensively. 2nd+ tier support has been equally quick and efficient, giving me the genuine impression that Yay value their products and want their customers to enjoy using their services. I recommend Yay to everyone I can :-)”
