As always my issue was dealt with in a patient, and diligent manner until resolved. Excellent customer service , I can't recommend Yay highly enough.

The phone lines were busy but I emailed and they called back within a few minutes. Wonderful service once speaking to someone, solved the problem and extremely friendly and helpful.

I'm currently setting up a business from home. I live in a rural location and don't have a landline going into my house but I was needing a phone for business purposes. I contacted Yay initially with some queries about setting up which were all answered promptly and clearly. I then went ahead and purchased one of their packages, all of which offer great value for money, in my opinion. I set up the softphone on my laptop which was really easy to do and I run it on a wi-fi internet connection. The quality is great. I have experienced no delays or drop outs so far and the clarity is just as good, if not better, than a landline. Customer service is superb. If there's anything you need to check out or get some instruction on they are easy to contact and get back to you quickly. I tend to send an email or a message from my account on the website. Each time I have needed help the response I received gave me the information I required and pointed me in the right direction (thank you to Jez, Konnor, Meg and Victoria, who have helped me so far). I really value this level of customer support and feel very confident that if any issues arise in the future they will quickly be resolved. I also like the website set up. It's really accessible and easy to use. And there's lots of information online about VOIP services and other products.

Not only is YAY's phone system excellent, their customer service is genuinely some of the best I've encountered from any supplier to our business! Not that we've had many, (and they've mainly been to errors at our end!) but any technical issues that have arisen have been dealt with quickly, seamlessly and with no disruption to our business. Would recommend to any company looking for a reliable, easy to use phone system with a great support team to help out.

I've only just signed up. I did the 14 day free trial to play with the features and make sure I could set it up as I wanted. I then decided to proceed with the "starting out" package. Victoria called me the morning after I signed up. It was a nice touch and even better that she was knowledgeable about the system and could immediately help me with my questions and clarifying some points that I misunderstood. I think if one thing were to be improved, I do find myself struggling to find the features I'm looking for. I'm sure I'll get used to it, but I'm finding that it takes me a few goes to find things like the call history and members settings - especially when the browser window is small - as the layout is quite different. All in all, it's been a good start.

Original Review (1 Star rating): Faulty phone from them and when I asked for a replacement/repair they tried to avoid their legal responsibilities and tried to palm me off with the Manufacturer, despite my contract being with them (as the seller)... Not a good first impression; As with all companies the real test is the customer support (when things go wrong) and how well they look after you! Updated Review: After another call to Jez at Yay.com, he understood Yay.com's responsibilities and arranged to return the faulty phone to the manufacturer (via Yay.com) for repair/replacement (at no cost to me). Two weeks later I have a new phone and I'm back up and running, now that is what I expected at first, so my revised rating is 4 stars... Thank you Jez! I may be back for other hardware or services in the near future.

Excellent service over the phone, calls are answered promptly by individuals who clearly understand the technology, and who quickly get to the bottom of issues with simple easy to understand resolutions. I wish all the providers I dealt with were as efficient as this!

The Dashboard and support are great. I'd thoroughly recommend Yay to anyone. My only suggestion to Yay.com would be to make some google indexed documentation but as the support is good it is not needed!

I had a problem following a power cut, where my cordless phone was not working via a Grandstream adaptor. I contacted the Yay customer support team by e-mail and in under an hour they provided a helpful response to check items. Unfortunately this didn't solve the problem, so I called for further advice [using the Yay app on my iPhone - which allows me to make and receive landline calls, brill :-)]. I downloaded a remote access app to my Mac and within a minute the adaptor and my phone were working again. Following a couple of test calls to and from my cordless phone I was good to go.
