I received a product that had already opened, the seal was broken and there was a piece of rubbish in the box. Product was fine and worked ok but felt like I received a second hand product and paid full price for it. Called as soon as goods arrived was offered a call back, no return call was made , still waiting.

Hello Alistair. We're very sorry to hear this. We ship a little over 5000 products a weeks & this is the only negative comment we've ever had, so we're all very disappointed. Meg tried to contact you on the 2 numbers we have for you following your call to Laurence, but there was no answer on both lines. The documents within the box are part of the standard literature and whilst I know you commented to Laurence these were rubbish, I'm afraid thats what the product comes with. We'd really like to resolve this with you, so if you would be able to return our calls or let us know when would be a good time, we can reach out to you again. Shortly after trialing Yay, we realised we really needed a feature that wasn't there. I reached out to the CEO Matt, as he had personally welcomed me to the call platform and within 24 hours, the feature we needed had been added to the platform. I was absolutely gobsmacked and it certainly cemented our business relationship with Yay. We are in the process of moving all our telephony to the platform. In addition, I have been in contact with Meg and Daisy in the support team and their knowledge and professionalism have been exemplary along with their enthusiasm and friendliness. The platform itself is really easy to use, which is in stark contrast to some of the VoIP platforms we've used in the past, comes bundled with many features as standard (IVR, call recording, personalised greetings etc.) and the pricing of everything is very competitive. I'd say you'd struggle to find a better deal. It's a word I use sparingly, but so far, it's been perfect and I highly recommend Yay.

Although the Yay team were always very accessible we ending up purchasing phones far too advanced for what we needed. It was only upon delivery when we couldn't get the phones to work that we were asked whether we hold VoIP accounts with Yay and we said that we did not, revealing we had bought the completely incorrect type of phone. It would have been better that during the calls we had with the team prior to making our purchase this had been clarified. We have now had to organise the return of the phones and pay over £12 in postage which is unacceptable.

Thank you so much for your purchase. Unfortunately we only retail VoIP phones so we were unable to exchange your order for an analogue phone. We do hope to welcome you as a VoIP customer in the future though!

Before I heard of Yay.com, I thought adding a second phone number to my business was going to be very time consuming and expensive! But thanks to Yay that is no longer the case. I created my new phone number within a matter of minutes and within the first hour or so, I had set up my soft phone, call forwading and voicemail. All thats left for me to do now is Purchase a voip phone for my office desk. The thing that blew me away the most was the level of customer service through the live chat system. Every question I had was answered to a very high level and in a easy to understand way. to be honest, I'm blown away by the whole business... perfection!

I'd never used Yay.com before but decided to give them a try as they were the cheapest supplier of Grandstream GXP2130 phones that I could find. Ordered before 4pm and the phones arrived the next morning. I can't fault the service so far and I will certainly use them again for any more phone related purchases :-)

While I'm incredibly technically minded, VoIP is something that's completely new to me. Laurence, Meg and the rest of the customer care team have graceful guided me through every single question I have with a positive, polite and informative answer. I don't think anything is too much trouble and I can't wait to start reselling it to my customers! Thanks again

Very good service, the packaging team only put half the order in the parcel but sent an invoice saying there were two inside! Customer service was great, apologised & explained the confusion, then sent out the rest of the order via next day delivery! Will definitely use again if the need arises!
