It's an excellent system and so easy to use - I recommended it to all of my friends. But the main thing is that yay.com have great customer support - you employ real people who seem to care about their company, their customers, who seem to enjoy their jobs are great at what they do. I usually can't bear contacting customer support anywhere, but at yay, all the customer support people are actual real people, and that's so refreshing. All the huge companies these days are all absolutely dreadful at it: no-one listens to what you actually say in the chat, take a-g-e-s to respond to everything, and all that their support agents seem to do is copy and paste because they constantly spew stuff like "I understand how important this is to you", "Please rest assured I will get this issue resolved for you", "Thank you for confirming this", which makes my blood boil and guaranteed to not get you anywhere unless you ask to speak with a manager. Your company appears to also employ real people who are there to help their customers, who actually read what we type to them, who are empathetic without spewing out premade answers, and who all seem to enjoy their jobs. They know the system inside out, too. And it seems like nothing is a trouble for them, even when I ask silly questions which I should really google around a bit first - they're always hands on, pleasant, never patronising. They seem REAL and talking to them is like chatting to a colleague in my office, not to some discontented, disgruntled, disempowered person in India who can't wait to go home and to whom you're so much of a nuisance that he has to copy and paste premade answers so as not to say anything rude to you. With yay, when I'm working at my desk, I never hesitate to just shoot a quick chat message if I need to ask anything, no matter how small the question or silly I may come across asking it. And I have recommended yay.com to all my friends too because your system is great, it's fantastic value and the best out there: there are no hidden costs; you don't set out to rip off your customers by giving us the base package missing essential features to make us pay more, and there are lots of features straight out of the box; everything works right away and all changes are live as soon as you press the button! It really is great. I wish I knew of you a few years ago. It would have saved me so much money and time. Thank you. :-)

Daisy was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and very professional. I first heard about Yay.com when I was thinking about a VOIP telephone system with a competitor, the customer satisfaction reviews of the competitor was horrendous, and one reviewer mentioned he had transferred to Yay.com and was very happy with the service provided. That made me search for Yay.com and after looking at their website, liked what I saw. Their prices were 50% cheaper than other well Known VOIP companies I researched. Based upon my initial contact, I ordered my hardware and VOIP service there and then. The hardware will arrive tomorrow, but I am confident, that if i have any problems with setting up, I will receive courteous professional advice in setting it up, and this assumption is based on my initial contact with Daisy. Its nice to talk to a human, than a sales person at a competitor who sounds like a robot.

My assistant Meg went above and beyond in her efforts to assist me. Not only did she explain all of my options very concisely, but she then offered to implement these changes, allowing me to continue working on other things.
