So glad I chose yay.com. Service is excellent! Connor called me just minutes after I registered on the website, he helped me set everything up there and then. Together we had the phone working, just as I wanted it within the one call. Thank you for making it so easy.

Only been using them for a few days so can only comment on what they have done so far which has been excellent. Have spoken to 3 different people all of whom have been very polite and professional, have dealt with Connor twice and so far would rate him 5 stars. Keep up the good work.

Cancelled my domestic landline due to the high cost and moved to Yay's PAYG service. Transferred old landline number with no hassle. Now works a treat! Great service and customer support!

Extremely happy with service, staff are very helpful and polite. Support was also great took the time to make sure services were working as they should, system is very good too easy to understand and lots of useful stuff as well thanks for the great service Sean Owen Complete Signage Ltd

I have been using Yay as a customer for almost 6 weeks now and feel the team, especially Meg, Jez, and Connor go out of their way to assist me with all the issues I experience through my own lack of tech-savviness (is there such a word?) - so much so I have the number on speed-dial. Well done for being such a supportive provider. Highly recommended!

We needed to make a quick exit from the office as "The Beast from the East" and Storm Emma descended, so we put in a call to Yay for help with diverting the phone lines to our mobile numbers. Jez was brilliant - he reassured us that it wasn't a problem to do and told us to get moving while he handled it. He then sent us an email letting us know when all the temporary lines had been set up and when they're due to revert back, so everything was already working by the time we got home. I even received a call from a client through my hands-free car kit on my journey home (a 20 minute journey which took almost 3 hours) so we're really pleased with the service and it means we have very happy clients because we can continue working while most other businesses are being forced to close.
